HotShots Sports Bar & Grill - Bar & grill in Webster Groves - 1239 S Laclede Station Rd, USA

It's a sports bar with affordable and tasty bar food. I was there on a football Sunday, and unfortunately, they were short staffed, and it took a long time to order and get food. The food was good, though. I got sweet chili wings, a chicken sandwich with buffalo fries, and a side of tots. It was only about $30-35 for all of that with a drink. In today's economy, I thought that was a pretty good value.

Went here to get a few drinks, it was maybe about 7pm. Waited at a table for about 15 minutes, all of the servers were standing by the hot line doing nothing so we went to the bar instead. Bar tender asked everyone around us if they were ok but didn’t acknowledge us. Waited another 15 mins before leaving and going to another bar. Terrible service, good luck even getting a water here let alone beer.

Orders a few different items they were all good. I really enjoyed the house tacos they taste like a better jack In the box taco. The pizza I got was a 9" personal pizza with pepperoni and it was better than expected the sauce is very good and really shines.

I was told that there were new items on the menu. When I asked what was new, the bartender said that I’ll see what’s new. Guess what! If I could see what was new, I wouldn’t have asked! I’m not a regular, so that’s why I asked! I ordered 2 appetizers (Buffalo shrimp and chicken fingers) and a side of tater tots to go. Guess how long I waited! 45 minutes! The bartender didn’t seem interested in giving me an update until the third time I asked her for one while telling her someone got their food and they only had to wait 30 minutes. At the end I witnessed something about the bartender. The bartender seemed to be only interested in customers buying her shots than she seemed interested in serving customers. Avoid this place!!!

We had a great experience at HotShots on Laclede Station! We enjoyed playing pool, having drinks, and eating great bar food. Anya, our server, was covering several sections, and she did it while being kind, friendly, fun, and helpful. We will definitely be back!

I've mostly gotten takeout but the food has always been fantastic and the bar service is top-notch.

I am at this Hotshots and the service is so bad. It’s every Thursday. The first time I was here it was bad the bartender Brittany never asked if I needed a drink or an anything she ever asked. When I was empty I asked several times and she completely blanked me. Finally another customer told her I needed a drunk. The second Thursday I went same thing happened. This time though I asked her three times as she passed and held up my glass to get her attention. After the third time she said I heard you. Then she went on to serve three other people and took two payments then went on the floor to talk to a waitress. Finally After quite awhile she comes over and says “what do you want” I said another drink. She is rude and completely undeserving. While I was there several other people were complaining amongst themselves. It’s absolutely ridiculous.worst service and bartender in St Louis.

Loud and expensive but otherwise a nice spot. Our server, Anya, was on top of it. She had my drinks ready right when I needed them. Food was okay. It could be worst, it could be better. Wings were good though.
