The food was fresh and good. I got my order quick and the service was good as well. I got the Philly combo with 6 honey garlic wings & fries! I pass this place so often and I live nearby, today I decided to finally try them out and I was not disappointed! The Philly meat could use a tad bit more flavor and they should invest in better cheese but it was still alright

The wings were just ok. Not very high ingredient quality and you can taste it. The chicken Philly has a little aftertaste. The red velvet wasn’t even red and was dry. They were out of tilapia so can’t say how it would be.

This was my first time visiting Hotlanta Wings. For 20 yrs I've lived 10 mins away from this place but never went for some reason but I tried them today because I wanted wings. They were pretty busy but it didn't take long to get my food. I ordered a 20 pc wing and onion rings. My order came out to be $22. The wings were hot and fresh and so were the onion rings. Everything was cooked to order. I had half lemon pepper and half spicy garlic. The lemon pepper were bomb. The spicy garlic were ok. It seemed like Buffalo sauce with garlic seasoning. It was a little to much sauce for my liking but I still enjoyed them. This my turn out to be my favorite wing spot on the Southside.

I came through the drive thru , I ordered a kids wing, and 20 other wings … the we’re all small and then they only gave me three wings for my kids meal when I came in question him about it he intern told me that I should’ve asked before and I said maybe your cashier should’ve told me that this meal that I was paying all this money for only came with three wings. Can I have a refund for my entire order, he said no I will only refund you for the small order. I will not refund the big order I feel as small businesses it is your responsibility to look after your customers. I will never frequent here again because paying seven dollars for three chicken wings is outrageous, and the fact that I asked for my money to be returned, after I had just received the food and never touched it, and he proceeded to argue with me instead that this is not a great establishment for the community because they are not for the community. If I were you, I would not patronize this extremely rude and not sanitary establishment. I literally threw my food away never ever come here again and I suggest you stay away as well.

They have the best wings on the south side hands down. They always make my food exactly the way I as. The owner is very nice. The employees are excellent.

The wings from here are AMAZING 🤩 the size is perfect. I got teriyaki which was my favorite flavor. Fries were hot and crispy. Got carrots and celery. Cashier was very friendly as well. Went at 1pm on a Friday was through the line in 20 min. 10 piece combo was like $11 I think.

My family and I frequent this establishment at least 10 times a month spending anywhere from 30 to 80 each time. Today when I got home my box for my neighbor was broke. and appeared to be melting from hot grease which meant sauce was everywhere. What a horrible first experience for neighbor. My daughter then called and said her box split in half. I reached out to the manager who apologized and stated we have been having this problem all week. They brought us. These flimsy containers and you feel ok to provide to your customers when you know they are flimsy, REALLY. This has created a mess, and this is the first bad experience here. I dont have the option to upload the pictures.

I’ve eaten at Hotlanta since the early 2000s. The food quality is always great…but recently they can’t get an order right to save their lives. Hopefully the attention to food service will return to this location, otherwise Riverdale may have to eat somewhere else.
