Hotel Xilo Glendale - Hotel in Glendale - 326 E Colorado St, USA

Good for several days stay. We spent 3D2N and my kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast offers VERYLIMITED options such as coffee, cereals and breads. Hope they could add more like scrambled eggs etc. I'd like to commend the house cleaning staff as they keep our room tidy and our belongings are safe. Overall, its a pleasant stay for solo and or with family. Definitely recommended thus place.

This place is a motel not a hotel, the rooms are stinky, dark and the bathroom doors are not closing- we found a couple of spiders in the bathroom. The walls are so thin that you can hear your Nextdoor guest noise and bathrooms.

Cute motel in a good location. The parking was easy to access. The room was clean, and nice big bathroom. I stayed here with my kids, and we didn't have any issues. I've stayed in a LOT of hotels/motels. I think it's a great value for a quick stay. I've read some of the reviews, and honestly I don't know what people expect for a $200 a night hotel in LA. It's not the Westin...get over it.

Great Motel-To Hotel Conversion & Very Nice location! I arrived for a weeklong stay in a room with the Jetted Tub, checked in & did my deposit which I knew of but the parking (one car should be included in what I paid) was $12 a day. So that basically doubled my deposit & took away from my trip a little bit. The weather didn’t cooperate too much but my room was very comfortable. Bed allowed great sleep, the massive tub in room definitely relaxed me. I enjoyed conversation with the front desk staff but the breakfasts were small & no real selection. That to me was okay because there were a lot better food options around but at least have a little more quality stuff like eggs/sausage over two dry cereals & bagels with no waffles or anything hot & ready. The Parking & breakfast were the only complaints. Any hotel I’ve stayed has sounds every now & then. Hotel Xilo had small horn honks or sirens but unless other guests were by my door area I heard minimal. New modern shower/sink/toilet/tub made it worth the stay. Curtains appeared dry cleaned, the carpet was very clean. A great experience I will never forget.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. They brought me a hair dryer in less than 5 minutes. The shower came down from the ceiling which was hreat necause i'm tall and it had great water pressure. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

This was honestly the most terrible experience, I had this woman with red hair attend me for checking in, I found it very unsettling when she had my debt card for more then 5 minutes. I thought that was weird until I found out 2 days later that I had $450 taken out of my bank account I checked the website that the money was transferred and trust me the shoes were just the most ugliest shoes, I really wouldn’t want nobody to go through something like this because I literally had to change my whole information and also my bank account and everything so PLEASE BE CAREFUL EVERYONE, DONT EVER TRUST A WOMAN WITH RED HAIR

I decided to stay here to relax and have some time alone after leaving the hospital from having flu symptoms. As I woke up all throughout the night I overslept and woke up at 11am when housekeeping knocked on the door, I immediately woke up and began to shower and get ready when the Indian front desk man came banging on my door, I kindly asked to give me a second as I was already gathering my belongings and finishing putting on my clothes to head out. He comes knocking again and goes “can you open the door sir?” I said “just a second” and he responds “that was a second” I said “well give me another second.” as I finished up and opened the door he stood outside of the door the entire time, stares at me blankly with his arms crossed & I said “yes???” he goes “check out was at 11am, its 12pm” I said “okayy, so what does that mean?” and he responds that means you are late and there’s going to be a problem. So I asked “a problem for who?” and he responds “a problem for you, we have your deposit and you’re not getting it back.” Keep in mind I attempted to call the front desk at 8am but the phone in my room didn’t work. As I still am recovering from being sick, all I wanted was some peace and good rest, as well as a peaceful exit but instead I was harassed at the door about check out and threatened to keep my deposit. This establishment is very disrespectful and I would not recommend anyone stay here.

BED BUGS!!! I recently stayed at hotel xilo for 10 minutes and it was terrible. Within 10 minutes of me and my wife checking into our luxury suite we found a bedbug on the wall. Showed the front desk guy a picture and checked out. he said he would give me a full refund. It's been a month and I'm still fighting to try and get my refund. The place smells like raw sewage, the staff is horrible. They advertise luxury suite with hot tub. That is a complete lie it is a birthing tub. Very unromantic. And their free breakfast Is stale bread and cold coffee. The worst experience I've ever had renting a hotel room.
