Clean, modern, nicely decorated rooms. Bathrooms on the smaller size, but nice. Quiet, smaller Hilton, which most of the Tapestry Collection are. Great location for walking to restaurants and other shops. Gets a little crazy in the area on the weekends as near colleges, but the hotel is far enough away that it is not disruptive. The breakfast was good. The staff were pleasant and helpful. No complaints for our one night stay and would return.

I recently stayed at Hotel Westport and had a fantastic experience. The security measures were top-notch, giving me peace of mind throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options, setting me up perfectly for each day. Additionally, the hospitality was exceptional—staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend Hotel Westport for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

My wife and I had an amazing time in KC! Great food, great distilleries! I really enjoyed the hotel bed! My gosh, it's like sleeping on a cloud! I felt safe and secure with security overnight! The security was an added benefit. Thanks Nikki, Divia and Raj for the hospitality!

Great location- service- awful 1. I checked in ahead of time and chose a room. I received a message that the room was no longer available and was provided another room. Upon arrival and going to the newly assigned room- the door was open, the tv was on, the bed was unmade and there were clothes on the floor. I went to the front desk to alert them and get a new room- I was provided with an "I am sorry" and a new room. 2. Day 2- I saw staff in the hallway and I told them - we are gone you can clean the room. They smiled and said thank you. Upon returning to the hotel 7 hours later- the room was not cleaned. I was not told there was not daily housekeeping. I called downstairs and requested towels and washcloths. The person was curt with me on the phone, and only brought towels- no washcloths and no apologies. 3. The sundry shop was never fully stocked and there were no prices listed. 4. Upon my final day I attempted to eat breakfast. The service was slow and others who came in after my guest and I were seated and ordered, were served food. We were told that the cook called in and that one of the 4 new guests that were served prior - he had ordered his food the night before. I complained at the front desk - again, I was told, "I am sorry" I am a diamond member. I have stayed at several Hilton Brands. I was looking forward to staying at a Tapestry as this was going to be my first time. After this experience, this is likely going to be my last time at a Tapestry. I have never been provided with such lackluster service, and have never seen a sundry shop as pitiful as the one in Kansas.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel. Located within walking distance to Westport although (like any city) I would be mindful how late I were walking around. The rooms are up to date and all amenities were as described. Price was middle of the road and they have FREE parking. A must in KC.

Fabulous experience! Dolores was the delightfully cheery person who checked in our party of six. In fact, the entire staff we encountered were very welcoming. The exterior is rather unassuming, but inside is cheery and well appointed. Pricing was fair at $124 per night. Our rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Ask for room #514 if you want an overly spacious corner room. We booked 3 rooms and this was the most impressive of the three. Great little hole in the wall burger joint across the parking lot with decent prices

Can’t say enough about the good service we received here. Helena would get 10 stars from me if it was an option. Friendly, helpful, and above and beyond effort for me in correcting a reservation mistake on my part. Additionally, the location is great, especially with Westport literally across the parking lot ( great Burgers ). My room was comfortable and clean as well. Highly recommended .

This is a good recently renovated hotel. A clean room & an excellent walk-in shower make Hotel Westport a winner. Staff is friendly & engaging. Located within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, & shops. The only negative I can think of is that the bed was very firm, almost too firm for me. That's just a personal preference though. I'd gladly stay here again. Extra points for having noon check-out as a standard. I wish more hotels would have noon check-out rather than 11AM.
