Had a decent experience. Loved the small touches they've given & making sure, most important things are indeed proper, to make sure clients have good experience. For instance, I liked the way they have stone layout in bathroom than sticky floors in most motels or hotels. Proper ventilation, parking space etc. Coming to essentials, they had blankets, bedsheets, pillow cover etc, properly cleaned and no stains. Those are most important things for customer and you cannot fail in those essential stuff. I did see a recent 1-review from someone and he said Owner called him small headed etc. If true, I hope management doesn't respond back to customers that way and aims for improvement. I wanted to talk to manager or owner on site to share above feedback but office was closed in the morning. Anyways, you've good property, hope you continue to give same service and succeed. Suggestion: Switch away from brown sheets and drapes. It makes room dark and doesn't somehow give right ambience. It may help cover dust or stains but not a big fan of dark bed materials.

If I could give this place -5 stars I would. I feel bad leaving a negative review because this is a locally owned business but the public needs to know how awful this place is. I have stayed in dirt floor huts in 3rd world countries that were nicer and had better staff than this motel. First the rooms must be violating building and health codes. Like another review said "land lord special". They seem to be cutting corners to save money, but these things could be fixed properly for same price or less. Just pure ignorance. Furthermore the sheets were stained. We requested new sheets which they gave us but after exhausting negotiations and a call to the owner for some reason. This shouldn't even be a thing. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, akin to a truck stop gas station. They do not have 24 hour front desk service, so keep that in mind. After a hike that took longer than expected, I showed up to a vacant front desk, had to get a room somewhere else, and the motel would not refund me. Retrospectively, I'm glad I only stayed one night. Save yourself and get a room somewhere else. There are equally priced places that are nicer around town. I will be reporting this motel to the BBB. Edit: the owner Mike called me after leaving this review only to raise his voice and tell me I am a "child" and have a "small brain". Super cool place.

This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom wasn’t clean, stains on the bedsheets and cover. Felt like I needed to use hand sanitizer while there. I would give this a negative star if it was an option. Much nicer places within walking distance that are the same price and are well maintained.

Positive 1st, great location, people nice, floor looked up dated but if you check in, get there before they close, 12pm. Parking lot small and bumpy. There are cheap and shows.. brown sheet and towel. No coffee pot, fyi. Shampoo stuff is not good. I always bring my own, those whom don't. Bed had a plastic cover that evertime you loved it made nose. Lightning was bad, not enough. Just go somewhere else spend a bit more money fyi.

Positive: You get what you pay for. Negative: Bed was small, not even a queen size. There was no hair dryer. All the drawers and cupboards had the hardware (knobs) installed on the inside of the drawer or cupboards. There was no ambience and the linens and towels did not smell clean. Negative: ""

No ice machine, but it isn’t a bother. Rooms are very clean. Checking in was easy and hassle free. Bed wasn’t very comfortable (in my view), location is just ok. I would recommend something closer to downtown, otherwise it was decent.

Positive: I took one look in the room and the outside people loitering around, I took the loss and went to another hotel in Flagstaff. Negative: Location very ran down facility, employee hard to understand and would never stay there.

It’s cheap but you get what you pay for. The sheets had stains and we asked if we could get new ones and they refused because they said they were the only sheets they had. And I noticed almost everything in there had stains. Also the hand towels had hair on them and there was a smell in the rooms.
