We recently stayed at Hotel Vienna for two days while attending a wedding, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and charming elegance. The owner was incredibly attentive and made sure all our needs were met, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for. The peaceful ambiance of the hotel allowed us to relax completely, and we left feeling refreshed. We can't wait to return this winter to enjoy it all over again. Highly recommend!
We have really grown to love New York State. We took a couple of days, midweek to enjoy a bit of the Catskills. The Hotel Vienna was just a perfect quint NY state feel hotel. We choose small hotels like this for exactly what we got. Great family style hospitality. We were greeted by Melanie "Mel" with her infectious laugh and easy going helpful attitude. She took great care of us and gave us wonderful dinner options. We especially loved the music being played as you entered the lobby for breakfast ... can't help but, be happy. I made a mess of the coffee area the next morning and Jacob pounced on it with a smile and a well appreciated and deserved joke. The room was clean, the decks were great, fire pits, fellow guests were enjoyable, breakfast was what you wanted to start your day. We hiked, scaled waterfalls and put our feet up. I'm sure there are plenty of options around where you can spend your money... we chose the Hotel Vienna ... and the best part was free... the hospitality of Mel and Jacob. Dzien dobry
We stayed one night at Hotel Vienna and it was an excellent experience. The room was quite large and spacious and had everything we needed and more. The high ceiling with wooden ceiling beams and modern furniture was lovely. The built in closet area and mini-refrigerator was helpful. The balcony with a view outside in the morning of the hillsides was gorgeous. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We were not there long enough to use the pool or outdoor seating areas or hike the trail, but they all looked very inviting. It was just a few minutes to the town area where we found nice restaurants.
We stayed one night at Hotel Vienna and had an excellent experience. The room was quite large and spacious, clean and modern. The built in closet area and mini-refrigerator (quiet) were handy. The high ceilings had lovely wooden beams. The view in the morning from the balcony looking out at the hillsides was gorgeous. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The town is only 3 minutes away and had several interesting restaurants. We were not there long enough to use the pool or outdoor seating areas, or hike the trail, but they all looked very tempting.
We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Vienna - scenic location and very quiet & peaceful. Staff was great and room was sparkling clean. Balcony was added bonus. Cool indoor and outdoor group spaces,/common areas. They had local beer available for purchase as well as wine, which made for a relaxing evening! Continental breakfast in AM included freshly made pastries.
We loved our stay at Hotel Vienna. The rooms are really nicely appointed, modern/stylish bathrooms and bedroom interior. The rooms were a good size which was a welcome change from our tiny room in NYC, especially as we were a family of 4 sharing. The breakfast was really well done - continental, help yourself style with fresh croissant and pan au chocolat and blueberry muffins, all really good quality - not just the cheapest/processed type. Also had Greek style yogurts and granola or cereal, plenty of tea and coffee choices and fruit. Also a couple of lovely decking areas to sit out on, one for your breakfast just off the breakfast room area and the other, larger one where you could read or have a glass of wine etc. Finally all the staff we came across were friendly and helpful - Would highly recommend and really glad we chose to stay here! Thanks, Hotel Vienna!
Lovely place. We've been repeat customers for the past 5 years and the new owner, Jacob, has definitely upped the game. Beautiful new decking with great furniture, several fire pits and tables, and a lovely new living room area outfitted with super comfy and high quality furniture. The indoor pool continues to please (although we do miss the hot tub very much!) Nice continental breakfast. Just a special place!
We had a great time using the pool and sauna, and the room was clean and tidy. The reception desk staff was very kind. The only downside was the poor internet connection due to the location, so we had to use the hotel’s phone line to order food. But the hotel WiFi worked fine. The breakfast could have been better, as there were no eggs or a toaster available. Oh, and we paid an extra $30 for a mountain view, but it wasn’t as beautiful as expected—a view of the parking lot might have been just as good.
Enjoyed a wonderful NYE weekend stay - this place is a gem! We loved the relaxed atmosphere of the space and the great people who run it. The rooms have great character and are clean and comfy. The staff is friendly, attentive, ready with recommen

I am underplaying when I am saying this is the best breakfast I have had yet in my travels. This hidden gem in Windham is a must visit for anyone visiting the area. The daffles and the waffles were extraordinarily fresh and the owners were warm and g
Very easy, mostly flat, family friendly little hike/ walk. We walked but there were some families biking which seemed like a good idea. Some areas are shaded and some sunny.
Just what we needed. We popped in a gloomy day and were warmly greeted by Gabrielle. She explained the menu and listed some great recommendations. We had the eggs, pancakes and the Big Dipper. I loved the food, and the service was great. I couldnâ

A hidden gem in the Catskills! I was there this past summer and had the opportunity to tour both golf courses, dine at the restaurant and stay at the Inn. The owners are the nicest people, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food at the restaur
We had a great lunch here. Love the orange soda and the cappuccino was really good. The BBQ pulled pork sandwich was excellent. The bread was toasted. The steak tacos were great as well. Very good steak. The fatty pieces gave it a richness. We
