Hotel Terra Jackson Hole - Hotel in Teton Village - 3335 Village Dr, USA

I would highly recommend Hotel Terra. The location, especially for skiing, is perfectly located at the base of the mountain. Food in Osteria was delicious - open for breakfast, lunch, dinner - lovely outdoor patio. Looks out over the square where there is lots of activity depending on the time of year. Rooms are clean - mini bar is well stocked with drinks and snacks. Steamer, blow dryer, robes, Keurig all included. Concierge is very helpful when it comes to planning trips to the National Parks, arranging transportation to and from the airport, making dinner resos, getting tickets to the Rodeo in Jackson. Terra made our "girls weekend" so worth the long flight from the East coast! And the mountains .... make sure you take the tram to the top!!! Breathtaking. So much to do....so little time! We visited in mid August. The weather was very cooperative. Cool mornings and evenings. Beautiful warm, sunny days with rain popping up unexpectedly at any time during the day!!

We enjoyed our stay and overall had a great experience. The concierge in advance of our arrival booked some tours for us and acted as a guide to help us plan our trip. We ended up valet parking all week bc we opted for a Turo rental car - they were consistent getting us the car when we called but not always there when we were ready to park but front desk was there. The room was clean but I do wish the cleaning crew refilled things every day (Coffee, tea, etc) and wiped down the kitchen and table each time. Overall a great experience and we would come back. Beautiful location

Our vacation was great in every aspect. The arrival went smooth with the help of Zack H to get us settled in the room. All other staff was fantastic. The restaurant has a lot to offer and the amenities are top notch. We'll definitely be returning.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and we do recommend this stay if money is no concern. Comfortable rooms, beds, nice showers (took a minute to figure out), robes, and enjoyable hot tubs. Our 3-star rating is based on prices. At over $550 a night weekend rate for just the hotel with no ski package we expected a bit more. We just felt nickel and dimed. $4 water bottles, $10 canned beers (extra above a tip if delivered to hot tub which you had to call from a phone), approximately $35 minimum a person for breakfast, and $11 for the a dirty laundry bag (Not even a free plastic bag). Meals as expected for two people about $80 to $120. Loss of satellite TV service. Compared to other places we visited in a similar and lower price range services were more readily available. At this price point we would expect at least pool drink service, simple complimentary breakfast before skiing, and a sauna or steam room. For us to give 5-star we would expect what other hotels are providing in this class of hotel.

Great Pl. to stay on the mountain. Staff was friendly and South Park was available and very convenient. Room was small, but nice with a great view. Outdoor Jacuzzi seemed a little bit dated.

Excellent staff and service! Zachary H., the Bellman, was a complete professional and set the tone of our entire trip. His recommendations were spot on! Stunning hotel, excellent location, amazing E-bikes!

We didn't stay here during our trip, but came to ride the tram up. But from the outside, it is immaculately kept. The grounds and landscaping were beautiful, both my friend and I said we should have stayed here during our trip. But there is always next time.

It’s a sad hotel that happens to be in a primary location. The rooms are tiny and at over $800 a night I would think they’d provide some level of service including turnover or daily cleaning. None of that was provided. The room was loud as it was adjacent to the common areas and uncomfortably small. The front desk staff is inexperienced and really not attentive if you have any questions. I’m so surprised such a longstanding hotel would deteriorate like this.
