This place needs better management and the front desk girl needs to learn how to speak to customers with respect They change the prices of the rooms at random and over charge me on my credit card and the room was terrible the refrigerators done work in all rooms mold on the floors and water damaged water leak from the shower and in the sinks my stay was a waste of my money I would not recommend this place to anyone

Paid $95 for the night and $10 cash deposit for room. Walked in the room toilet was dirty, food still in refrigerator, someone hair on the bed sheets , pillows had stains on them, trash under the bed, and towels dirty. Would not recommend this place to anyone. When I went to the manager lady at front desk to let her know the room is obviously dirty. She told me it was not her problem and that I can check out without a refund. An hour later she sent a housekeeper to clean up the room. The whole time the house keeper kept saying over and over while she was cleaning.. how this room is so horrible. Then she starts to point out to me other things that are clearly wrong with the room. She then mentioned how the manager does not care about the customers they are only concerned with money only. 😑 The housekeeper then tells me that there is a better room across the hall. She even points to it because she just finished cleaning it. She then says I will tell the manager to switch out the current room for the clean room. But when she spoke to the manager the manager refused to switch me to a better room. 😔 I could tell the manager was emotionally unstable, argumentative and ready to argue about anything.. I don't like to waste my energy on energy vampires so I chose to not engage with her anymore doing my stay. This "hotel" motel established is clearly violating Covid 19 Policies. They are not taking the necessary steps to clean rooms daily to prevent the spread of Covid 19. They are actually not cleaning the rooms at all. This establishment could care less about the health of the customers. They are a part of the problem. 👎 Breaking Covid 19 Policies

Terrible. The room itself wasn't bad, the setup is nice, but the customer service was absolutely horrible. They spoke almost no English whatsoever and didn't understand that I had booked the room online, they literally didn't understand the word "reservation." When they lady saw my husband outside the car smoking, she had a fit that we wanted a non smoking room and kept arguing with me when I told her we do not smoke indoors. She insisted that we leave a deposit (in cash) and when I told her she'd have to use my card as I didn't have cash, I literally had to open my wallet and show her the lack of cash. She kept giving me the evil eye, she was just positive I was lying. It was incredibly uncomfortable. It took about 30 minutes to check in because they didn't seem to have any idea how to charge my credit card and they kept arguing among themselves. So we finally got the non smoking room and there were cigarette burns in the comforter. Go figure. And not to mention stains on the white sheet, including a bloodstain. There is one microwave for everyone to use, OUTSIDE, which is not kept clean. There was a lack of pillows, towels and decent toilet paper. My husband and I will be needing a motel room every Sunday for quite some time and we will never return to this one.

The truth is that everything was very dirty in the fridge, it still had a lot of residue from things that maybe people left and well, the truth is, that way I don't even want to put my food inside. The cup was loose, so I mean, everything was very bad for me, I did not advise anyone that I tried to catch it even one night in that hotel because well. Stayed here In September omg you have no idea the mirror that over looks the entire bed sketchy don't even bother the remote for the TV doesn't work bed sheets felt stail has no bed sheets to cover the actual bed no micro wave person next door smoked Marijuana all night and was blasting music outside the door up until 2 am walls are paper thin showers look disgusting big gap under the door so you can hear and smell everything outside, dangerous area to stay, also charged an extra 20 for the room key never heard of that before staff never checked in and man working at the front desk was very rude. Rooms smelt so bad the moment we walked through the door.

My experience at this place was EXTREMELY HORRIBLE 👎🏾. Their rooms are half cleaned walls are very very dirty. Shower curtain has mold on it i asked if they could change it out they said yes however it was never done 😡. I left my room at 12 noon came back at 4:30p.m. room still had not been cleaned out with any clean sheets on the bed no clean towels. When running the A C. It leaves a very bad odor in the room. The sheets smelled like urine. I would not recommend any night of stay if visiting the area 😒. Spider webs all in the corners of the walls bug's flying around in the shower area due to the mold. For $95 a night NO WAY GUY'S
