Adel, one of the front desk supervisors was absolutely fantastic. he went above and beyond to meet any and all of our needs extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The housekeeping staff was also excellent very helpful and thoughtful especially Karla. The hotels location is centrally located and one and a half blocks away from Bourbon Street. There is a small little store. You can shop at right across the corner. The history of the hotel with Jazz and all the other things is also excellent as well as their morning coffee which a lot of hotels don’t offer a good cup of coffee this hotel definitely does it’s nicely decorated. The courtyard are cute. They have the ice machine anything you need, including vending machines, and the front desk is more than happy to assist you in ordering food or having things delivered to the hotel. One of the hotel clerks at night. She was absolutely fantastic, outgoing, friendly, and went out of her way as did everyone else. the cost of the hotel is excellent I can’t say much more what a knee place to stay. I plan on going back at least once a year you don’t wanna miss this Hotel if you’re planning on going to Bourbon Street or the French Quarter it’s right there in the heart of it.
We have stayed here a few times, and it is hit or miss with them depending on the room you get. Probably our last time there. Nice staff, but overall, it was basically a bed to lay our heads. The room was not a place we would want to spend time in. So for the price, it had that. When we got there, we were disappointed to open up our window to see a brick wall. The room wasn't very clean, the TV just had static. We got someone to come, and he explained how we had to hit a button on the side of the tv to go to another mode for it to work. Would have been nice if we would have known that ahead of time or if they would fix it so that it just comes on normally like most hotels. The fixtures in the bathroom were not attached correctly had water either trickling or sputtering out of them. The room was noisy and drafty. We were woken up at 6 am by the fire alarm, and as we quickly got dressed and were heading out of the door, it finally stopped. What a relaxing trip! Lol.
This hotel is top notch. And very affordable. The semi private. Cozy courtyards are Great. I stay here many many times and only had one issue. Thinking it was just the timing the water heater just decided to quit when I was there.
Staff and receptionist are phenomenal.
You won't be disappointed staying here.
Great location on quiet street in the French Quarter, easy access to lively Bourbon St and Frenchmen. Lovely reception area, but our room (supposedly an upgrade) needed some TLC, particularly the bathroom - not so much shabby chic as just shabby. Bed linen was clean, but why is the bed 1 metre above the floor? What's that about?
50 USD per night on spare land at rear of hotel is far too expensive.
I've stayed at this location this past October and couldn't be more satisfied with my stay. Having a bed and a safe space is all i needed, being somewhere you'd be out and about daily.
Miss Kim, Larry and Shane made all the difference for us as well. They were so warm and personable, it made it hard to leave. Anything you needed, they were happy to assist with.
For the convenience, comfort and experience; this will be my go to hotel every year I visit. Thank you again St.Pierre, ill see you soon.
Location is great, the building is historic which is a plus. The pricing was affordable. The room was too small for our family of three, though we had communicated this with our reservation. We booked queen-sized beds, but they were doubles, and their website said there was a rollaway bed for our child, and we had requested one, but it was not available, nor would it have fit in the room. The front desk gentleman was not very helpful with our check in. The one saving grace of the experience was an amazing employee named Kim, who went above and beyond for us. She deserves 5-stars.
My wife and I visited the French Quarter in early December. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a King room right by the pool, which was perfect. The hotel room was clean and cozy.
The hotel is in a quiet area but close enough to where all the parties are. Would definitely stay there again and we’re also happy that we didn’t encounter any ghosts.
Our room didn't have heat, the TV didn't work, the toilet didn't flush unless you opened the top of the tank, the pillow and sheet were stained with blue marker. The only saving grace was the lady at the desk was very kind. You have to pay $50 for parking. Would recommend you pick somewhere else to stay.

The executive king room is amazing, like having our own apartment right in the heart of the French quarter. Very clean. Great hotel staff. Easy to walk everywhere. My only complaints would be the water pressure is non-existent, but I imagine with old
