This is our go to place on the beach!!
Rooms are comfortable and atmosphere is very chill and quiet, which we love! Views are great and beach just steps away. Staff is always very helpful.
This is not Sheperd's, so if you are looking for a high energy party place this is not it.
Family resort, low key, beautiful, and relaxing!!
We loved our stay and will return. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beach and pool are beautiful. I can't say enough nice things, we had a wonderful time! I read the negative reviews before we booked our trip, but that wasn't our experience. I highly recommend this hotel!
This place was such a pleasant surprise! With the price, I didn't expect a full kitchenette and the rooms were very comfortable. It was RIGHT ON THE BEACH, which was so convenient. We live in Tampa and it was a quick getaway for my husband and I. We will definitely come back for our next getaway!
I stayed here in 2021, came back to consider booking again soon and I'm amazed that there are ANY bad reviews. I tell all of my friends about this place I loved it so much! If you're looking for a big fancy resort with a big staff and soundproof rooms then by all means go pay that extra couple hundred and go to a big brand hotel. Personally I would pick this place again and again. It's not huge, and the pool is in the center (very nice pool), so I booked the top floor room with the ocean view balcony. My view was incredible. It's seriously one of my favorite memories from my entire trip! There's no frills but it's very nice and well kept for being a smaller hotel. I'll share some of the photos I took, they speak for themselves.
The room was very clean and updated. The only things it need is another cabinet to hold clothes. They have beach lounge chairs right on the beach and inside the pool area. People at the front deck are very nice, They helped my husband who can't walk good to the room and brought the luggage rack too while i was parking the car. I would definitely would stay there again.
I booked this place through hotwire and it was described as being a condo which it should have said mini condo. The room was super small and the bathroom was even smaller. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. I pushed them together to try and make the most of it but it didn't help. The best thing about this place was it was right on the beach. It was clean and staff was nice that's why I gave 3 stars. Another issue was the shutters they don't block the sun fully so mornings were bright and I prefer a dark room in the morning at least until my eyes adjust. My boyfriend said it looked like a retirement home. I wish I had chosen a different option because this was not my kind of place.
We love this little hotel. Not pretentious but clean and renewed and first floor rooms right on the beach. Redington is a great destination and this hotel has a nice heated pool and pleasant garden area right off your room. This is our fifth visit over the past dozen years, and we look forward to retuning again. Parking is tight, but Sol has a new building across the street and lots of parking there. This is a gem on the beach if you like peace and quiet, and a small (40 room) well renewed mid century inn is attractive to you. You won’t be sorry.
Please read the reviews and cancelation policy carefully before you book, and be prepared to lose your money if you need to check out early for any reason. Due to a family emergency, I had to leave after the first night of a four-night reservation. The hotel denied my request for a refund. Essentially, they charged me $1,200 for an overnight stay. With that said, I will do my best to provide an unbiased review:
If you're looking for no frills accommodations (the pictures on the website make the property look more spacious and chic than it actually is) with parking, beach access, and a kitchenette, then this might be the place for you.
However, if you're looking for a quiet getaway or a good night's sleep, then this is probably not the place for you. I stayed in a room that was literally feet away from the pool and I could hear other guests loudly and clearly throughout the day and night. They could see into my room through a large window by the bed, so I had very little sense of privacy.
Two things in particular stuck out for me:
1) The management had posted a sign in the bathroom indicating that guests would be charged for items they steal from the property. Presuming your guests are thieves is unlikely to make them feel welcome.
2) I received an email correspondence from the hotel seeking feedback about my stay. The email came from a no reply address, and it did not include any instructions on how or where to submit comments. This makes me think the hotel might not actually be interested in guest feedback.
Nice little park along Gulf Boulevard in Indian Rocks Beach. We saw Dolphins playing, had a nice picnic. There's also a boat ramp, pavilions and small pier we saw people fishing off of. We're very happy to have found this nice, calm place to relax

We had an amazing experience here.
I had the Classic Club + tots , and my girlfriend had the BLT + fries. Everything was DELICIOUS. But let me tell you, THE TOTS .... THE TOTS. I've never had tots cooked so perfectly. There was literally nothing spec
