I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Skye, and I wanted to commend George, the front desk agent, for his exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, George made a lasting impression with his warm and welcoming demeanor. He greeted me with a genuine smile and was incredibly efficient during the check-in process. George took the time to explain the amenities and offered great recommendations for local dining and attractions, which made my stay even more enjoyable. What stood out the most was his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. When I mentioned a minor issue with my room, George promptly addressed it and ensured I was completely satisfied with the resolution. His professionalism and friendliness truly enhanced my experience. George exemplifies what excellent customer service is all about. His positive attitude and dedication to making guests feel comfortable and valued are truly commendable. I highly recommend acknowledging his outstanding contributions to the team. The Hotel is accessible to public transport to and from the Bart station and close to places where we had lunch and dinner. It offers a good selection of continental breakfast. The room was cozy and roomy for 3 occupants. Fresh new towels each day of our 4 day 3 night stay. The people at the desk were very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. I highly recommend Hotel Skye.

Jorge at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful while accommodating our unexpected early check in. We needed a place close to the airport for a very early next day flight and arrived early enough to explore San Francisco for a few hours. Jorge gave us some local tips, and was very friendly in getting us settled in. The room was very clean and has everything you need, including a nice flat screen TV and a mini fridge. I would certainly stay here again if flying through SFO. Update: Our flight got cancelled and Rushabh, the manager who was working this morning was very kind and helpful in getting us booked for an extra night. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and my son liked making his own waffle. The hotel is actually walking distance to a main street with lots of good restaurants which is not the case for many airport hotels. This is very convenient for us as we are unexpectedly stuck here for another full day.

Great place to stay! Located beautifully to freeway access and airport. We had an ADA room and all was good, only suggestion is possibly to have a toilet riser available. My dad had a hard time getting up off toilet. Wonderful to have breakfast included and refrigerator and coffee maker in room!! I totally recommend this hotel! Thanks for a lovely stay!!

Wasn’t the greatest of hotels I’ve stayed at, but it worked due to its location, free airport shuttle and free on-site parking. Management needs to do a more thorough job to ensure the rooms are properly cleaned and maintenance is done.

The room was clean. Staff friendly. Shower great water pressure. Ac worked perfectly. Microwave and fride in room.The breakfast was perfect for us. If you're looking for a clean, safe place, this is the place for you. Restaurants in walking distance.

The location is near the airport, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. They provide a free shuttle to the airport, which picked me up on time. Additionally, they offer a complimentary breakfast, and I noticed the front desk refilling freshly boiled eggs. Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say in my review. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, thanks to the friendly staff!

Spent 4 days here and had some of the best sleep I’ve had in the past 4 months on the road. Friendly staff and spotless rooms! Only a 5 minute drive to the airport.
