Outstanding breakfast room staff. Frank was welcoming and kept the area clean and items topped up. Yogurt and oatmeal topping we amazing. Probably 20 different items. Also noticed that they offered gluten free bread.|Like the close proximity of the hotel to the mall. Have been staying at this hotel for years. Used to be the Kelly Inn.|Hotel only provides housekeeping after 3 days. They claim to be a “green” hotel. I worked for “Green hotel” that made up the beds. To call yourself a “Green hotel” should do more , no paper or plastic cups, plates, bowls etc. |We were not aware of the housekeeping policy and used our towels to mop up a water issue. They delivered fresh towels on request. this is a minor issue and plan to continue using this hotel.

Very unique hotel, amazing staff and all around great experience! Did not encounter any problems during the stay. Pool and pool area were great and clean, quiet hours enforced as not to disturb individuals with a poolside room. Room was clean at check in and staff was very helpful for anything you needed!

Rooms weren’t as clean as I’d expect for a hotel, but it was a busy weekend so could have just been speed cleaned. The beds and pillows were super comfy! The shower didn’t drain well and unfortunately it flooded the bathroom each time because of how the shower head was installed. I don’t think the a/c was working well in the hallways as they were super hot and muggy, a/c in the room worked great tho! Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, the gal working the front was super nice & helpful. Our room keys stopped working and she fixed it asap and even remembered which room we were in, she brought the extra pillows we asked for within a few minutes. Location is good, right next to target and close to the zoo and fairgrounds. Im never up early enough for breakfast so no review on that. Hot tub was nice & the kiddo loved the pool.

I was disappointed when I couldn't check in early (an hour or so) - not because they hasn't cleaned the rooms and I was being irrational, THE ROOM WAS FULLY CLEANED AND I WAS ABLE TO DROP MY BAG OFF IN THERE, but not allowed to check in? Kinda weird to me but no massive drama. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable beds too. Large pool and spa area The hallways throughout building were very hot needed some air conditioning WiFi worked fine Lots of breakfast options as it was free buffet style. Heaps to choose from Very convenient location Shops all around

We have stayed at this hotel many times and did again last week. This hotel gives great value for the price. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable with good pillows/linens. This hotel is a green hotel and only cleans every three days, however when we asked for clean towels, they didn’t hesitate to deliver clean towels to our room. Frank in the breakfast room was absolutely amazing making sure food trays were always full, counters and floors cleaned and all with a big smile - could tell he enjoyed his job! When we returned home, I thought I had left my IPad in the room and called them and they checked right away, the Manager even checked the security cameras and called me personally- now that is customer service. Even once it was found at home and I had advised the hotel that I had it, he called back just to make sure everything was okay. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and will continue to stay there when we visit Minot!

Great hotel, clean and comfortable. Lovely pool room with very nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. Have to mention Kidd on the front desk who was so helpful booking us in when we turned up without a room. He goes above and beyond to help everyone. Breakfast is complimentary and there was a great selection, something to suit everyone. Beds very comfortable.Great nights sleep.

The photos look promising, untill you arrive and it’s half nice and half a dump. The room stunk and needed renovations. Bed was terrible couch had stains all over it. Washroom was tiny could hardly move around in there and the tub was ancient. Employees were hard to understand. Do not recommend staying here

Good access to mall and shuttle for State Fair, which we enjoyed immensely. Hotel itself was not very clean and had some funky smells. Liked having exterior entrance to the back of the hotel though. Room was pretty small but had decent furniture but I'm doubtful that it was even cleaned before we checked in. There was a half-eaten block of cheese in the fridge, dirty microwave, and a bikini hanging on the door. Pillows were terrible and we just bought more at Target. Blood stain on the duvet made me question if the sheets were even changed at all.
