Hotel Pryor - Hotel in Pryor - 5401 S Mill St, USA

Great hotel - new, in nice condition and with a super outdoor pool. Beds were fantastic, rooms large and well equipped, breakfast was very good. Only issue was that the direct tv service seemed a bit flaky, which explains the 4 stars for the room. I would definitely stay here again.

If I nitpick, I would say the room was really humid and had a bit of a musty smell. However, it was really clean and very nice! We couldn't hear other guests except for some footsteps and we got really good sleep. The people at the front desk were nice and willing to check if the eggs at breakfast had dairy in them (they did). The continental breakfast was pretty good too, with hot options! I did smell something like sewage in the room, but I also smelled that outside, so it might be something they can't control.

We stayed one night and our room started leaking when it rained. They wouldn’t do anything about it. Had a musty smell and everything. I have kids and their allergies were acting up. I do not recommend this place at all. My room wasn’t the only room leaking either. There were multiple people in the lobby waiting over 30 minutes for somebody to show up in office. We had to push the call button several times before they finally showed up.

This Hotel is fairly new and our room was super clean, and big! Kitchenette with large refrigerator and very clean microwave would make an extended stay quite comfortable. The included breakfast was very good, too. Valet carts make getting in and out quick and easy.

We opted, and paid more, for the king room with the kitchenette. Until now, I have never stayed in a room with a cooktop that didn't have at least one pan of some sort. Half a dozen cabinets and not a single plate or cup, disposable or otherwise. The vent hood on the microwave ran (visibly) up out of the cabinets and through the ceiling. I don't know if the flap on the vent was broken, loose, or what, but both nights it kept sounding like someone trying their key on our door. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is wired to just run all the time. There's no way to turn it off at all. Needless to say, neither of us got much sleep either night. When I asked the guy at the front desk about the lack of any way to actually use the kitchen in our room without packing pots, pans, and plates, he laughed and said, 'yeah, they never have had any.' The breakfast was microwaved, at best, so that was very disappointing considering how the hotel presents itself. The hotel does appear decent and is mostly clean (the tile outside the elevator had the same residue for all 3 days we saw it. If they had been more honest and not so misleading about their amenities, I don't know if we would have stayed there or not. For sure, we absolutely would have saved the money and not wasted it on the pointless kitchenette.

At 3 in the morning it started raining. Our room leaked and they wouldn't do anything about it. I waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes trying to get someone to help me. The person I was told was manager wasn't even that nice at all. I am not the only person whose room was leaking. There was multiple people in the lobby trying to let them know about the leaking. There was a musky smell and everything. I have little kids. Here isone picture.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very prompt, and courtesy was top notch! Rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. They also serve a hot breakfast in the mornings. I would definitely go back next time I'm in the area.
