Aside from the roads needing some love, I experienced great customer service, they’re very attentive making sure you’re comfortable. Great pricing, not far from the freeway, close to Downtown Long Beach. I would definitely come back again.
Very wonderful hotel bed room and bathroom. Security steel door, and full light up parking lot. Friendly helpful service.
this place was close to long beach, the road needs a little love outside of it but i have paid more for rooms that were no doubt about it bad. But these rooms were very nice, bed was clean and very comfortable which is saying a lot because i am pregnant right now so sleep doesnt come easy. The bathroom was big and spacious and shower was not stained or dingy. They were very sweet owners and you can tell they take pride in doing their job.
Rooms where not clean and the staff is rude I will not be staying here again.
Management was Extremely rude. Tho the room was nice, the location was terrible and even with the low price for the room I still wouldn't return or recommend it to others. I seriously can't believe that a place with such terrible management is still in business.
I'm not exactly sure where the 5 star reviews are coming from, but a lot of them don't match up. This place for one doesn't have a valet or a jacuzzi, which is in some of the other reviews. It is one small strip of rooms, that's it. It is in not the best location in town, very busy loud road with LOTS of noisy semi trucks driving by constantly. The door to the hotel has only an electronic lock and no latch lock at the top of the door, which does not seem very safe. The room was pretty dirty and had bugs flying around in it. There's nothing special about the room and honestly it's not even worth it for the low price. The guy at the front counter was very rude and pushy as well. They charge more than what is listed online when you arrive, and good luck if you try to cancel your reservation after you've arrived because he will tell you there's absolutely nothing he can do for you. We had to go through booking.com to dispute the charges for us for them to cancel our reservation and refund us the other nights. We did end up having to pay for the day we checked in, even though we didn't stay. It felt unsafe, and dirty. Sure it's cheap, but I wouldn't even stay there if it were free.
These rooms have really stepped it up..everything is refurbished and brand new from the appliance to the nick nacks to the linen. They are beautiful designed. And provide you with a safe environment to sleep at night.
Train rumblings though the nite loud. Manager should be arrested for attempting robbery charged my card almost double the amount from online price. He really thought he was going to get away with it. He was rude, kept on saying its my fault. Told me don't come back here and hang up on me. Finally he return my money. Warning it called greed.
Highly recommend.. Excellent cappuccino. Also, they have a wide variety of other coffees. Very comfortable seats and nice interior to sit and meet with friends. Very friendly staff who is happy to explain the wide variety of coffees and other beverag
There is this amazing worker here. Vanessa is her name. She is beyond amazing. She has helped myself and my children many times. My little ones played there making slime to events in their gym. Always a great welcoming crew.
Tend to go early mornings, my daughter enjoys the newly built playground, she to play around with out a worry also my dog is able to run freely with out people being around. (I got a rottweiler)
I went here to get some tea, and I honestly thought I wasn't going to get much when I was at the store looking through their menu. For god's sake they put chocolate under green tea and a green tea blend under oolong. Not to say much of their menu are
