Hotel Petaluma, Tapestry Collection by Hilton - Hotel in Petaluma - 205 Kentucky St, USA

My stay will end tomorrow morning after two weeks of staying at Hotel Petaluma. The staff has been so helpful, kind, and they always make one feel so welcome. My Queen Plus room was perfect! Very clean, quiet, and yes sometimes just a little noisy on a Friday/Saturday with wedding activities. Personally I didn't mind one bit, and no, I didn’t need air plugs. Most days so tired from my beautiful walks downtown Petaluma. In the past, my husband and I have always stayed at Hilton Hotels. This is the first time I have stayed at a Hilton Hotel Tapestry Collection. It's absolutely gorgeous. I love sitting in the open room area inside the hotel. And the music they play all day is wonderful. I have also sat outside in the courtyard which is gorgeous too. If you're thinking about staying in Petaluma, I highly recommend Hotel Petaluma! There is even a French bakery attached to the hotel, a cheese/wine shop, and access to The Shuckery restaurant. I feel very safe staying here, as well as walking downtown Petaluma, as well as venturing the streets of East Washington/Lakeville and Petaluma North. It's been an amazing respite vacation for me. Thank you to all the amazing staff at Hotel Petaluma! Back to Wisconsin!!

Vintage style hotel that reminds you of a giant speakeasy. Very clean and centrally located within walking distance to most restaurants. Small courtyard with gas fire pits and a soothing water fall in the center. Very nice stay.

Pros:|- A nicely refurbished old hotel|- Right in the heart of downtown Petaluma, a very walk able and inviting downtown||Cons:|- The windows don’t open. We are in this great climate and beautiful place, and you can’t get any fresh air|- Not sure if this is just a 2nd floor problem, or the whole hotel, but the seafood restaurant’s smell on the 1st floor permeates the entire floor. I could barely sleep bc the smell was so strong, and you can’t air out the room bc the windows don’t open. ||I filled out a post-stay survey and asked someone to call me but have heard nothing.

Old and clean hotel! Ton was amazing! Loved the throwback elevators. Parking can be tricky! Warning bar is not affiliated with the hotel so don’t think you can charge it to your room! So got screwed on that but overall happy!||200 characters are hard to write but. Good place and vote for DJT!!

We stayed here for three nights during a long weekend getaway. I gave the room 4/5 stars. It was a nice room, but it was small. We had a queen deluxe room and I'm not sure what a standard room is like, but if it's smaller, I'm not sure it would have been enough room for two adults. The bathroom was really nice. The bed was really comfortable. The blackout shades and shudders in the room were great. We only had one desk and one nightstand and it seemed like we were constantly trying to clear a space to set things down. It seemed like it was lacking a piece of furniture. Even a stool on the other side of the bed would have been nice. I wanted somewhere to set my water at night. The staff gets 5/5 stars. They were so friendly and incredible with making recommendations. One even gave me some tape to pack up my wine before flying back home! The location also gets 5/5 stars. It was really nice being able to walk to dinner every night. There's a lot to see and do all within a few blocks of the hotel. One inconvenience was parking. The hotel does not have a parking lot and the parking right in front of the hotel has a 2-hour limit (they stop checking after 4 pm), so we had to park on the street a block or two up in a residential area to avoid parking tickets. All in all, the hotel was great. Cons: Small rooms and difficult parking. Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful venue, great location.

This hotel is great location in the charming downtown of Petaluma. The building and common areas (lobby and courtyard) are very nice spaces, with tables and seating to hang out. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are quite basic, with sparse ikea-esque furnishings that seem too flimsy for a hotel. The biggest issue is sound—we said “uh oh” as soon as we saw the earplugs on the nightstand. Footfalls from the room above us were very audible, waking us at 6:30 am during a vacation stay. Other notes—-free yoga by the excellent teacher Antonia was lovely, bakery in building very good.

A very pleasant, old-fashioned hotel updated with restraint and lovely bits preserved (like the old safe behind the counter). Delightful staff. Cozy lobby. Great coffee and pastries just off the lobby, and also a wonderful cheese shop.

Stayed in room 332 which was two queen beds that were so comfy! The view was awesome, because of the cute lights they put up for the entrance. You may be worried about the parking, but don't be, there is plenty of street parking. The shops within walking distance are amazing, and you will enjoy all the river has to offer! Highly recommend this hotel.
