Finding the location was the first test as it’s a little hidden behind a restaurant and doesn’t sit out on the street. And then once we did, realized they had limited parking.
Once parked we walked in to this actually lovely decorated space and were greeted by the desk attendant. They took our info, checked us in and gave us our room. Truly a seamless experience.
We unpacked and got ready for bed as we arrived later in the evening. This is where my primary issue arose…if you are a light sleeper…sleeping MAY be difficult for you. It’s not the sounds outside the hotel but inside. You will hear people talking, walking down hall and plumbing when people flush. Luckily I could tune it out but I easily could see this being an issue.
Overall the space was clean, inviting and had a lovely vibe. The only downsides were the noise pollution and bed being firmer than I would have liked.
This was an amazing hotel. It's very warm and welcoming. They even left balloons and a card for my son since it was his bday. The rooms were very big and clean. The beds were super soft and comfortable. It was my fist time in California and I was worried about what hotel would be safe to stay at but this was perfect. Also shout out to the desk girl Melanie. She was so sweet and helpful.
Actually liked my stay here very much. Reasonably priced. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is just because I believe it can definitely use a remodel. But definitely a very nice place to stay. Oh yeah if the property reads this review please put the coffee out early than 7am. There are early risers out there. Lol
So cute! Very nice little boutique hotel close to Angels stadium, Disneyland... Very clean and cozy. The kitchenettes could use a lil updating, although part of the vintage charm, but totally functional.
Our stay has been great so far. A lot of amenities have been upgraded but still keeping with the amazing decor. There were a couple of gnats in the room when we first checked in, but only a minor inconvenience. The water from the filtered-water machine in the 24/7 market in the lobby did taste a bit off, so the filter might need to be changed.
Melanie was an amazing desk clerk. She made us feel incredibly welcome and that we were going to be taken good care of during our stay. She gave us a lot of great information about the hotel, parking, and the complimentary food.
Stayed here for a couple nights, (Nov. 18- 21) very pleased. We asked for a upper floor room, quiet, love the outdoor patio.
Went to the Natural History Museum, Knott Berry Farm, Queen Mary, Aquarium, and a full day at the beach.
It's close to all locations, so getting around was easy. Really nice and helpful staff, clean and fully stocked room, gated parking lot, clean pool, and there's a grocery store right across the street. Would definitely stay again.
Kind regards to the staff.
This was our first time staying at Hotel Pepper Tree. We stayed for two nights and our stay was excellent. The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious, and it is a cute boutique hotel. We went to Disneyland for 2 days and took so many photos. After leaving the hotel, we were on our way back home when we realized we forgot our bracelet in the room that we needed to obtain our photos from Disneyland. We called the hotel and Melanie L. helped us locate it! We are so grateful to her and she exceeded our expectations! We will definitely stay at Hotel Pepper Tree again!
I come to Orange County 3/4 times a year and since I found the Hotel Pepper Tree I don't stay anywhere else. The rooms are spacious and always clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. I love the patio setup and we enjoy breakfast sitting outside. The free breakfast consists of freshly brewed coffee, various pastries, cereal, fresh fruit and juice. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I love having the fully stocked kitchen for the more lengthy stays. There a full service Mexican grocery store right across the street and a 24 hour convenience store on the corner. There's also a couple of restaurant options within walking distance. If you're coming to Anaheim I would definitely recommend the Hotel Pepper Tree.

My husband and I stayed at this resort for our 15th anniversary this past weekend for the very first time. We booked a regular room over looking downtown Disney. The room was nice and very clean! On our first night we were startled awake around 2:30a
Coach Ken and coach Alison are amazing. They make it feel like your second home. It is so welcoming and the vibes there are great. All the students there are like family. The coaches there are extremely patient and willing to teach without hesitation
I was in town for a conference and did a drop in. The instructor (Josh) did a great job of educating and walking us through the movements. We did a dedicated strength day and worked on our deadlift form which was much needed. I really appreciated the
