Great hotel. It's a beautiful building thoughtfully designed and detailed. The staff was welcoming and eager to help make our stay better any way they could. Very good breakfast. Great rooftop bar and views. Rooms not large, but comfortable and well planned/stocked with quality products. I will look here first when again in Abq. Exceptionally nice visit!

What a cute place! Check in was easy, parking was easy, the room was nice and new and bathroom had everything we needed. Such a quaint place with all the history of the hospital it used to be in each hallway for guests to explore. The Apothacary lounge on the rooftop is lovely at sunset. Would definitely stay here again. Was driving through to AZ and this was a great relaxing stop. Breakfast is included and was decent variety of food and plenty of coffee. checked out the gym in the morning (pretty tiny) but unique with again more of this historical artifacts in the gym. Cute outside area that would be enjoyed at a warmer time of the year (too cold in December).

I've wanted to stay here since it opened and I finally got my chance! The renovations are very well done. It's been modernized but has kept some of the historic charm. There's lots of things to see in the hallways and rooms that have to do with the original building. It's very interesting. The elevators still do weird stuff (they did when it was memorial hospital too) but the stairs aren't difficult to climb and the building is only 4 floors. The smaller building has been renovated as well but has been kept more original than the main building. It's all very pretty especially decorated for the holidays. It's an odd place so be prepared for that but it isn't scary or anything. We had a blast!

Wonderful facility. From warm welcome every time we entered lobby, through entire stay, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had an assortment of delicious, healthy options, and having hot coffee/tea 24/7, saved time and energy. Accommodations are amazing-- water pressure in shower strong. Comfortable bed, and always quiet. Perfect location (Central fits perfectly), as we were viewing properties. Walking distance to The Grove, which we also highly recommend.

I was planning a surprise for our anniversary. I told the ladies at the front desk about it and they went above and beyond to make this surprise perfect. I trusted these wonderful people so much that I left my phone at the front desk so they could go into my room and record my wife’s reaction. |The hotel is absolutely beautiful and it was so quiet for being located so close to the highway. The hotel and my room were so clean. The view of the city from the rooftop lounge was amazing. |This place and the people here absolutely went above and beyond to make this the absolute best anniversary!!

DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION ON LINE AT THE HOTEL'S WEBSITE!!! I created a reservation on the Hotel's website and received a confirmation for today's date Jan 23rd, 2024. When checking in they said my reservation was for March 1st, 2024 and they could provide a room today at a higher price but could not honor the original reservation as it was not in their system. I showed the Office Manager the email and was told repeatedly that she could not help because I wasn't in their system. I even said I could understand if the reservation was made through a booking system but it came directly from their system. Also stated it is reasonable to expect when booking directly with the hotel AND receiving an email confirmation with the correct dates my reservation would be accessible. She repeatedly would not help other than providing a room for tonight for a higher price. I'm tired from work and travel and took the room. As I was writing this review (which I never do but am very upset with how I was treated so I sat down immediately upon getting to my room) a knock at the door came and the desk clerk said that they looked in their system again and found the reservation and gave me the original price. While I am grateful they investigated further and honored my original reservation eventually, I am still upset at how the Office Manager dug her heels in (even after showing her the email from the Hotel) so adamantly and didn't bother to check their system while I was there checking in. I would have preferred it if she had issued an apology directly instead of sending someone else in her place.

Stayed for one night recently. All the staff were very helpful. The hotel has such a cool history and you can tell they cared about both preserving the history but making it a nice modern experience. Fresh coffee in the hall in the morning was a nice touch, especially after I slipped out for an early morning run. Breakfast had a good variety and staff were working hard to keep everything clean/stocked.

Great staff, stylish and comfy room, and great amenities. The fitness room was a huge plus! Also, Sam was a delight at checkin and Shane was a delight during the breakfast hour. I’d definitely stay again! The rooftop bar was also a great way to end each day during my stay.
