Wonderful :) Clean, cozy and spacious.
Especially their marvellous service. Their night-shift allowed us in midnight (without prior booking) with a friendly smile. The lady at the front desk was really amiable as well and helped us out a lot, multiple times, even in trickier situations when there weren't public transportations to main cities in the morn.
Highly recommend!
We absolutely loved our stay (sadly for just 1 night) and could not fault this lovely hotel.|The parking outside the back was a real bonus, the reception staff friendly, the reception decor really pretty and as for our room - wow! |It was huge and had such a lovely feel to it - antique yet modern with all the facilities we needed. The bathroom was spacious and clean and the beds extremely comfortable.|We felt truly relaxed here and could have stayed much longer!|The added bonus was the newly opened restaurant joined onto the hotel reception - Rare 297 Steakhouse where we had a superb dinner. Kenneth was our host and server and brought with him knowledge and humour and ensured our every need was taken care of.|The fillet mignon was perfectly cooked and we enjoyed the atmosphere and comfort - very highly recommended!
Fantastic hotel in a gorgeous rehabilitation of two adjoining historic buildings. Well done! Our room was very spacious and comfortable with many nice touches. Staff was amazing. Exceeded our expectations!
Nice hotel, clean, comfortable with a very kind & helpful staff. My front room had a bit too much street noise for my liking: also I was not a fan of the oversuffed poly filled pillows. It would have been nice to have a restaurant open but oh well.
Great "Boutique" hotel, in an apparently old hotel building. The room was large, the bathroom was large, and it had some lovely old furniture in it. Our room overlooked the main road, which worried us, but the walls were thick and if there was traffic after we went to bed, we never heard it. Bed was comfortable, shower was great, good lighting to read by. We had a problem with the wifi at first, but the guy at the desk managed to get us fixed up. Free parking in the back was safe and secure. They have room to charge 2 EVs in their lot. Sadly, there was no restaurant, bar or breakfast available. My only complaint is that their bookshelves in the room had nothing interesting. Get someone from the local Friends of the Library (like me) to overhaul the shelves with some books of interest, not just poorly aged fiction that no one wants to read.
Lovely hotel with fun artistic touches. Room was large and clean. Nice bathroom. Comfortable bed!
We love the quaint and eclectic when it comes to hotels. That’s what you will get with this fabulous and stunningly decorated-center of the hub (Pittsfield/Berkshires). Decorated in vintage furniture, but with all the modern amenities… and then some! I especially loved the books 📚 in our little coffee ☕️ cove. The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND with customer service 👏 Loved that as we were traveling and checking in later that they kept in contact via texting (thanks Jimmy 😊) It’s a bit pricey, but worth it if you want to be in the heart of an interesting little place that’s making a name for its self. Note: Restaurant and Bar in the lobby were not open and they were not sure 🤔 when it would be. No worries, there are plenty of other places to dine in town.
Hotel wasn't very busy during my stay. The staff was super nice. Location is also great if you are doing business in Pittsfield and don't want to drive anywhere.. It's within walking distance to a couple of nice places like Patrick's Pub and Methuselah and Dottie's.
My only complaint is that it seems the hotel designers were OK to emphasize the style of function once again... My room's bathroom lighting was beyond poor and the mirror didn't get additional strong lighting as it should because you do want to see your face in detail.. Whenever you shave or pop pimples! Lol.. Bottom line you do want to see your face... Additionally I didn't much care for the beautiful vintage wooden floors splattered with paint or something like that all over where vintage floors were... Other than that the room was quite spacious with its own kitchenette and ground coffee came in its own little jar and it was definitely a great touch.
Too bad for the hotel restaurant being closed. Luckily I managed to visit it before it closed and I enjoyed it too..
This is a perfect getaway set up and I'm planning to return again. Pittsfield is s small place but so not a destination for anything. This little place is a bit if unexpected elegance in the midst of modest surroundings.
The one bedroom suite is a on
Tried something new and was very pleasantly surprised. The food is excellent and flavorful. The prices are good. For 4 people- 4 entrees, 2 appetizers, 3 Brazilian lime aids, and a dessert, $108 is a great price! Our waitress was very sweet in helpin
My husband and I had lunch there. We ordered the ginger juice and sorel juice. Both were refreshing and unique, definitely give them a try. For entrees, we ordered the Tchep au Poulet, which was a grilled chicken over a sliced rice, the ribs, and a w

This is a very fun gift shop. The range of items for sale is broad, and many are unique to this store. It is right next to the Berkshire Museum and a great place to shop for gifts and decor. The framed pictures of antique book bindings is an excellen
Everything is great. Specials definitely worth to try, I came for lunch, so itâs a pity that the slow cook beef is not ready.
Based on other dishes I ordered, I think beef should also be remarkable!
The first plate of my fettuccine is a little bit
The Pittsfield Suns are an exciting team to watch playing for the love of the game and they play their games in a historic park. It's very family oriented and everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. Great fun at a great price.
What a nice lake very clean so much fun. Theres a lot of places to hangout and dip in the lake very well maintained. Hope the people that go there clean up. Me and my dog had fun swimming and kayaking. But we didnt go near the beach where there is lo
The house was closed as it was a Tuesday. On Wednesday, there was a dress rehearsal which we were invited to by the actors who were working on their play's production. We didn't attend, since we had previous plans. We spent time enjoying the grounds
