Hotel O Dilley Main St TX - Hotel in Channelview - 15545 E Freeway Service Rd, USA

Got a 2 bed room for $65, good price, has a TV and microwave and mini fridge. Bathroom and beds were clean, bedroom had its own AC unit. Parking lot not paved, just gravel. My friend and I checked in at 2 am on Saturday and were leaving on Sunday morning. The owner came in and wanted us to pay for 2 nights, he got upset and said we came in on Friday night before 12, which is not true. I refused to pay for 2 day stay because we came in Saturday morning and left Sunday morning. That is 1 day stay. I check my bank later the same day and the owner still charged my card without my knowledge, which means he kept my card information. I do not recommend staying at this place.

Oooh won't post unless I rate it. 😄Unbeknownst to me the door never secured, when I realized this the next morning, I went to speak to the female manager and informed her that I can not stay in an unsecured room. She said well if you no longer want the room leave the key on the desk. Never said well let me check it, let me get my husband to check it or maintenance... (((NADA))) still waiting on my cancellation refund. I cant even rate this 1 star.

The room are some what small but are very comfortable. It is clean and their is free breakfast. Didn't have any problems. Cold Ac good shower pressure. I would like to pay a little less but it beats anything around here by far. If I ever stay in dilley this is the place I'm going for sure. Very recommended

Only there for one night while hunting. We arrived late around 10:30. Old property when you walk around the building it seems like everything is not too level which is typical of an old property. The rooms are tiny but clean as are the bathrooms. The towels are small - like the kind we were issued in the Army. The parking areas are tight don't plan on parking a dually. The hallways, stiarways and common areas could use some serious attention with regard to cleaning. Our room faced the railroad tracks. Fortunately the sound proofing was adequate with ear buds in. Not much space. Don't plan on the continental breakfast unless you're partial to cereal. OK for a cheap overnight but that's about it. The front desk guy was courteous, but I think our arrival disturbed his sleep.

We used this hotel for a couple of nights on business, arrived late and everything looked good. We were hungry and did not find a vending machine. Next morning by 7:00 am the breakfast area only had a coffee machine, a carafe of milk and a container w corn flakes, very far away from the pictures and the 2015,2014 evaluations!| That same afternoon I politely inquired about the missing Advertised Hot Breakfast, and the staff member said “yes, I know, you are not the only one asking us about that lately, but business is slow and we have cut that part of Breakfast. I went ahead and told the management member a story: that when you purchase a set of tires they don’t put only 3 but 4, and that is how I felt in the morning, a victim of false advertisement. She just kept saying “I know, I know...” | The place has potential since the rooms are small but clean and quiet, despite the fact that the train runs across the street. I would recommend not to visit unless there is a change of management for sure, as present manager do not understand the concept of Truth or the concept of |False advertisement. I have called the hotel portal I used to book this one to make sure they update the Hotel’s amenities to “Coffee and corn flakes” instead of “Hot Breakfast”. And as much as I love coffee, it does not qualify as Breakfast...

Room was clean and quiet, but the hot water never got hot, so I had a luke warm shower. Checked out at 6:30, so did not check out breakfast bar. Friendly staff, will consider staying there again, but also open to other hotels in that area.

I stayed two nights at The White House Inn. I am really impressed, the rooms are awesome very clean , beds are very comfortable, fridge and microwave in rooms. The owners are very nice and friendly. If you find yourself in the area this place is a must stay. On scale of 1 thru 10. I rate. 15 it is of the scale. Very affordable. BEST PLACE IN TOWN.

I stayed there on 5/9/2014 and it was a very nice experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are well kept and the breakfast was very good. The property is well kept and the overall presentation is nice I would give it a 10 out of 10. Recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay.
