Hotel NoMa, Trademark Collection by Wyndham - Hotel in New Rochelle - 1 Radisson Plaza, USA

My girlfriends and I decided to ring in the New Year with a last-minute stay at this hotel and opted for the dinner and bar package in the restaurant and to get a room for the night. It turned out to be the best decision ever! The staff at the hotel went above and beyond. They were not just accommodating but genuinely friendly. The hotel rooms were impeccably clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The combination of exceptional staff, clean rooms, and a 4-course dinner package made for an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special getaway, especially during the holiday season. We can't wait to return for another celebration!

My wife and I recently stayed at the Radisson No-Ma Hotel in New Rochelle for two nights. We were in town for a wedding. If you need to be in the area for business or pleasure the location is good, close to all the highways. The rooms are less than impressive for the money. This is an older hotel that has been renovated some years ago and now just gets touch ups where needed. The photo's of the rooms on the web-site are old and probably from the grand opening many years ago. Upon arrival there is no valet during the day, and no luggage carts available, we had to make two trips to unload the car. The bathroom doors have signs of rust that has been painted over, the heating / cooling system is original but works. The toilet continues to run unless you take the top off the tank and correct it yourself. Room service does the minimal, vacuums and changes the sheets. All toiletries, coffee cups, soaps, and hand towels are not replaced for the second night stay. The staff is young with minimal experience in customer service, there didn't seem to be anyone in charge? The only thing I found to be good was the food in the restaurant No-Ma downstairs. A little pricey but very good. Unfortunately I would not recommend this Hotel to a friend unless they needed to be in that immediate area for an occasion. The only reason I gave four stars was the location and the food.

I had a awesome experience here with my family, we came down from Georgia to experience Ny for the holidays and we got the experience we wanted ! The room was cozy and clean. I also loved the food there ! They are definitely on our list to go again. We loved the staff the tended to our needs very well especially when traveling with a toddler. I would recommend this to our friends coming from other states. Also the location is perfect ! Centered around what we wanted to do

I had a fantastic experience here. My Girlfriend and I decided to stay here for the holiday weekend since it was close to downtown New Rochelle. Just a quick walk from the train station. Area is super convenient. Right in the midst of shops and restaurants. The room was so well kept, clean, and comfortable! Even the hallways and elevators had a nice ambiance. Room service was expeditious. They tended to all my needs! It felt safe. Staff was super friendly. Especially at the front desk. Overall 10 out of 10 experience. I will definitely return for another stay!

BEST NEW YEARS EVER!! They know how to throw a party…. The package deal was well worth it, drinks and food were great! We stayed at the hotel as well and slept like babies in their comfortable room

I travel all the time between NY and Florida to visit family and also as an actor and a businessman, and when I come to NY I want to stay at a place where I feel “at home”, meaning good food, clean and comfortable accommodations, safe locale and a friendly and welcoming environment. NoMa hotel and restaurant has it all. I recommend NoMa to all of my friends, colleagues and clients, and it’s the only place I’ll stay anymore when I’m in town. The value is out of this world and uncommon for NY. Looking forward to my visit in January! Thank you NoMa !!

I’m giving one star because the front desk people tried BUT you are better off sleeping in your car. We get there after a 5 hour drive and the system is down so they can’t assign a room BUT we have to be in a wedding in an hour. We eke it out and come back from the wedding (thankfully elsewhere) exhausted only to have the noise from the bar downstairs. It was 4 flights down so this should not be. Then the bar closes and security does nothing while people are screaming and honking their horns downstairs. Finally get a few hours sleep and make a cup of coffee from the keurig in the room. Pour the cream in that they provided and it curdles. So I go to the lobby to get a cup because every hotel I’ve ever been to provides this and there is NONE! I told the guy that had found me the room about the noise and the coffee and he tells me I can BUY a cup of coffee in the place that kept me up that night. The tiny bathroom was gross so I left asap. I would have been better off at any other place than this very ugly hotel. Stay anywhere but here. The wedding was at a beautiful place nearby. If you book a wedding there, do not recommend this place to your guests.

Very friendly front desk, very nice rooms for an affordable price. I really enjoyed my stay and i wish i could have extended my trip because of that. It was an amazing experience and i will be staying there again for sure.
