This place is a home run! While it’s listed as a 3 star hotel, it’s a 5 star B&B! Great location, just around the corner from the Hyatt, where you’ll spend $400 and pay for breakfast. The breakfast here is served in a basement wine cellar and it was lovely. The room I stayed in had a Jacuzzi and a gas lit fireplace in the room. The bed takes up much of the room, but not bad, and it’s very comfortable. The place is VERY clean, and there are a lot of nice touches, like snacks in the hallway and coffee. The have an honor system for soft drinks and water, which is just a buck! The money you save staying here will pay for a lot of wine tastings!
Staying here was a really fun experience. The manager was super communicative and kind. The rooms were cute and just like the photos. Breakfast every morning was a treat and always really good. I will definitely stay here again.
Loved our stay here! Price was amazing for what you get. It is a charming house, bed were quite comfortable, clean bathrooms. We felt very comfortable here. Check in was very easy (self check in) and we were able to check in late once we got to Napa valley.
Breakfast was the real deal! 10/10. We would stay here again becusee the delicious home cooked breakfasts. Every morning we arrived downstairs and they delivered our food within 5 minutes. You can’t get this good of a meal at any continental hotel or pay less than $15 for it elsewhere. So good, balanced, healthy.
Hosts were very welcoming and helped us ship back our wine as well.
And lastly the location was great. Within walking distance so so many great shops and restaurants in downtown Napa (about a 10 min walk). We felt very safe here.
Also they had ample parking if you have a car.
Overall so glad we picked this spot!
Great, homey spot! Very clean and charming! Delicious cookies in the hallway and the breakfast was terrific. Dolly was so sweet and really cares about this place. Beautiful stroll away from downtown with convenient parking.
Had a late check in at Hotel Napa Valley. The room was small but clean and quaint. Extra bonus point for the wonderful bottle of wine in the room waiting for us to open and enjoy.|Breakfast was quick and delicious. Host, Dolly was great. |Easy parking included and walking distance from downtown Napa.|Overall a great stay. Would definitely recommend.
I booked a night at this hotel for my husband and I to have our first night away from the kids in years. Unfortunately, on the morning of our intended stay, I woke up with a severe case of the flu. I immediately called the hotel. An individual at the hotel concierge desk told me I sounded terrible and that the hotel would happily refund our stay due to medical reasons. I had not even asked for a full refund but merely asked if we could postpone to another night. Needless to say, I just received a blanket email stating that the hotel would not refund any amount due to their cancellation policy. While I understand the cancellation policy and the difficulty in handling last minute cancellations, I would think that a hotel would not want a sick person infecting other guests and would see the bigger picture. I would have happily stayed at the hotel again. In fact, I have a large family group visiting in the fall and was hoping to have everyone stay at their hotel. Not now. The money will go elsewhere.
Very cute hotel, rooms are spacious. The staff really go the extra mile with treats, cold water, breakfast, etc... available for guests.
We were met by the hotel manager Dolly with a big and warm smile. At the entrance was a layout of home baked cookies and lemon water. Thank you for that, it takes away the stress of the heavy traffic and long drive. And of course, the complimentary cabarnet was especially lovely.|Communication via messaging may take a bit if they’re very busy but otherwise excellent.|As dainty as the hotel's faćade would be a French provincial inspired foyer and two waiting rooms, each complete with their own fire place.|Our spacious room's lay out looked expensive with a big bathroom. Very clean bed and fresh sheets. |Our breakfast was a homemade burrito (mine was a vegetarian choice, specially made for me) with freshly baked raspberry orange scone and fruit granola yogurt.|Parking was in a fenced property.|A few minutes walk to the city proper.
Absolutely beautiful. The rooms were gorgeous and remodeled. It was quiet and cozy. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was amazing & we loved the heated floors! The housekeepers tidied for us and did a fantastic job of it. The breakfast was fresh
Incredible experience staying here. Absolutely top notch service and facilities. The grounds are beautiful, the room was amazing, the soaking tub and fireplace were perfect, couldnât have asked for a better experience. Breakfast was delicious. Trul
This is the perfect hotel for when youâre visiting Napa and your focus is on the wine. Itâs everything it needs to be to have a very enjoyable stay - clean/organized, friendly staff, continental breakfast. Plus, in the evenings the whole place sm
I organized my wifeâs 50th birthday for appetizers, dinner and overnight. The event planning team was incredibly responsive. The attention to detail was outstanding, everything from the welcome desk , to the birthday cake in the room, to the champ
Our driver suggested having drinks at the Archer Hotel before going to dinner. Grab a cocktail at the rooftop bar and enjoy the view! Fabulous outdoor lounge area with large fire pits. Met a few new friends and had great conversations. Highly recomme
I was a little weary of joining due to my lack of experience and also toxic gym culture. I experienced nothing but the best here. The front desk staff are very kind and welcoming and Coach Courtney knows what shes doing. I love that they offer modifi
