The location is very good, close to Universal Park. As for the hotel's facilities, it is simple but has what we need: a very clean room, a refrigerator, a clean bathroom, fresh towels and a comfortable bed. |The hotel does not have carpets and we can see that the rooms are really clean. The pool is also very clean and has heated water so you can swim anytime ! |The parking area is large, no matter what time we arrive there is always a parking space and they do not charge anything! They have a very good breakfast at a reasonable price. |The hotel also has coin laundry for washing and drying clothes, which is a great convenience for those who stay at the hotel for several days. |The guys at the reception are always very kind and help us with any information we need. Thiago Carvalho is the best receptionist there!|My family and I have been going to the hotel for 5 years, whenever we go to Orlando, and we recommend it 100%.

The toilet clogged as soon as we got there. The shower had a slow drain so it filled up when showering. The TV remote didn’t work and when I called the front desk for new batteries, they said they couldn't help until the next morning. The beds are hard and just have one sheet and a thin decorative sheet, no comforters and each bed had just two tiny pillows so it wasn’t comfortable. The only plus side is that the rooms are upgraded but comfort was sacrificed.

Motel, rapport qualité prix imbattable à quelques minutes des parcs Universal. En revanche, ne pas s’attendre à un hôtel no à un confort absolu. Chambre assez grande, 2 grands lits, frigo, micro onde, tout était assez confortable en revanche la chambre sentait l’humidité de manière assez prononcée et donc désagréable. Climatiseur qui faisait pas mal de bruit et fuyait d’où l’humidité même beaucoup d’eau sur le sol… Hôtel bien placé aussi d’un point de vu restaurant et commerce pour faire des courses. J’aurais pu mettre 5 étoiles si les chambres ne sentaient pas l’humidité et moins de nuisances liées à l’autoroute.

They charge a $200 cash only deposit, which if you’re booking through a 3rd party it’s only vaguely mentioned & placed in an obscured part where they can legally get away with it, but still not specifically saying if or how much will they charge you, and conveniently there’s an ATM at the lobby that willl gladly charge $7.85 to withdraw the funds. This applies even if your stay is paid in full. They’re happy to cancel your reservation if you either don’t have the funds or don’t think you should have to pay it, but still charge you a one night stay. Housekeeping services have to be requested 24 hours in advance. They also charge $11 for continental breakfast. Can’t say I’ll be neither staying again, or recommending to anyone to stay here. You also have to remind them to return your deposit as they are more than happy to send you away without it.

Accueil du soir très bien ainsi que les personnes de l’accueil du matin. ||Par contre le reste est déplorable. La chambre était très vétuste, avec de nombreux matériaux rouillés (lampe, contour des lits, table, chaise…), robinetterie de douche entartré et qui fuit de tous les côtés. ||Le pire a été la propreté ! J’ai du jeté mes chaussettes pour avoir à peine marche 2 minutes dans la chambre, elles étaient noires horrible, le sol qui colle, j’ai soulevé les draps avants de dormir il y avait 2 lits, des poiles, des cheveux, des draps troués et tachés idem pour les serviettes de bains. Je pense qu’il y a assez de commentaires négatifs sur le ménage pour résoudre ce problème. Soit la personne s’en fou soit son matérielle n’est pas adapté aux ménages des chambres….||L’isolation de la chambre, il n’y en a pas. Nous avions une chambre à côté l’autoroute, c’était comme si nous avions les fenêtres ouvertes, idem pour la chambre qui était à côté, où nous attendions le moindre bruits, les gens discuter… ||Nous savions que c’était seulement pour 1 nuit et heureusement, la chambre n’était pas cher, mais ce n’est pas parce que la chambre n’est pas cher qu’il faut négliger l’hygiène et la propreté !!! ||Encore que les équipements soient vétustes ce n’est pas grave, mais la propreté avant tout!!! ||C’est dommage car du coup, ça ne donne pas envie de profiter du déjeuner de l’hôtel et du reste. Une seule envie c’est de vite partir. ||Le hall d’accueil était quand à lui plutôt bien et fait bonne impression, jusqu’au moment où on arrive dans la chambre…

I was there March 26th for a Kpop concert to see "Wheein of Mamamoo" at Hard Rock Cafe.|Aura, Thiago, Diana, Paulo, and Mina gave excellent customer service. Clean Rooms, great pool. I met new friends from Brazil 🇧🇷 there. I especially liked the handicapped accesible room.

Chambre très propre, mais l’établissement manque un peu d’amour au niveau des chambres. La porte ne fermait pas étanche la chaleur entrait|Et on voyait dehors. Le site internet dit, mini bar et séchoir, il n’y avait pas de minibar ni de séchoir. Vraiment pas cher mais ça ne vaut pas plus que cela.

Front desk staff was friendly and location is convenient but the rooms left much to be desired. Beds are old and lumpy, sheets worn out and thin, lamps were rusty, walls and ceiling were peeling, phone to front desk didn't work and door latch didn't close correctly. Maintenance came around 10pm and tackled the problem of the ceiling stains with bleach. We had to leave the door open for about an hour to try to get rid of the smell of bleach. For the price we paid we expected a bit more. I truly hope they fix up the place a bit although I don't believe we'll consider staying there again.
