Great location in Los Gatos but a little ways away from the chaotic town. They do offer some decent deals if you want to have a wedding and do room blocks- like waving the amenity fee. They also have a Greek restaurant onsite and an out door lounge/pool area. Did not stay there but toured as an option for my wedding guest and was very happy with it! A kind girl named Gabriela showed us around and made time for us which we appreciated since we just popped in without an appointment.
Best pillows ever but what keeps my going back is the absolutely picturesque views and design/architecture. It is unbelievably gorgeous and so well done! The location is very close to Old Town district which is great for walking and dining. The city of Los Gatos is beautiful as well!
From the courteous greeting right until the checkout, everything was superb. This is an absolute diamond and far exceeded my expectations. Elegant rooms with private balconies and views of the stunning property. Location is easy walking distance to the downtown. I will definitely return every chance I get.
Great location if you need to stay in Los Gatos. The stay there is just easy. No drama. In the off season they gave us a free upgrade which was very nice to have a balcony. But the patio by the pool is nice to hang out at too, even if you don't have a balcony.
I chose Hotel Los Gatos for my wedding night and weekend where we hosted our family as well. I cannot thank Ashley Partch enough for helping me with my reservations and ensuring everything went smoothly. She made the experience seamless, and truly gave incredible customer service! She was so thoughtful, and helped us out an incredible amount. She's the reason I'd choose this hotel over and over again.
It is a charming and gorgeous hotel, with beautiful details. We loved how close it was to the downtown to walk, while also being super close to a handful of wineries. We chose Los Gatos over Napa and Sonoma for those reasons and have no regrets.
The vines on the front of the building, the pool and hot tub, the balconies, the fireplace in our room, and the cleanliness of the building and rooms was superb.

Amazing spa services, gorgeous pool, comfortable beds, and a relaxing facility. They made my birthday weekend feel so special and I felt extremely pampered. I will absolutely be back!

We are currently staying at this hotel.The hotel is situated in a lovely area.Our room was dated. It had two chairs and a desk,and quite small for the price.The bed was soft and uncomfortable.My favorite area of the hotel was the pool and jacuzzi. It was quiet and relaxing
