I recently had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely delightful boutique hotel, and it exceeded every expectation. Each room is a unique treasure trove of charming decor and lovely antiques, making every corner feel so cozy. The outdoor seating areas are perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying an evening under the stars. Indoors, the gathering spaces are inviting and warm, perfect for relaxing, reading, having a cocktail, or chatting with fellow guests. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality and kindness. A big thanks to Chris for going above and beyond in every way, including a delicious lunch tailored to my dietary needs. Every staff member I encountered was warm and welcoming, making all the guests feel right at home. If you’re looking for a charming, one-of-a-kind stay with exceptional service, this is your spot!

We had the LOVELIEST time staying here! The rooms and hotel are gorgeous. The pool was nice and the lounge areas are lovely and perfect for kicking back with a book. Service and food/drinks were fantastic. What a wonderful gem of a place! Can’t wait to be back

The Hotel Lilien is just FABULOUS. We have rented out the space two years in a row now for our company's annual Retreat. The owners and staff are absolutely incredible and a pleasure to work with. This adorable location wowed our staff when they first saw it. It's beautiful, unique, and delightful. The drinks and food are top notch, while the grounds and pool couldn't be more picturesque, and each room has it's own charm and wonder. If you are looking to host an event here, or just pop by for dinner and vibes, you truly can't go wrong. We can't wait for our next visit!

I had my wedding here and truly do not have words for how perfect it was. We rented the entire place out for two nights and it was a DREAM. I felt so lost planning my wedding and was having a really hard time finding a venue we could afford, but when I found this place I hit JACKPOT! So incredibly unique and everywhere you look there are beautiful things! The staff felt like family by the time we left, and are some of the most genuinely warm and kind people we have ever met. They went above and way beyond for us… I have some “eccentric” family members (don’t we all!), and Jason, Chris and Dani were so unbelievably kind and hospitable to every single person in attendance. If you are considering this as a wedding venue, you’re just not going to find a better spot. In a sea of cookie-cutter wedding venues where you are up-charged for every single possible thing, Hotel Lilien is a rare gem and an incredible find. I will always be so grateful to these lovely people for treating my family with such kindness and making our big day spectacular!

Hotel Lilien is so charming, with each of the rooms having its own unique vibe. Picturesque and peaceful, its clear a lot of thought and love was put into making this space both homey and a little upscale. I came with my company for a retreat, but I could also see it being a great space for a romantic getaway or a chill girl's weekend. If from the outside Hotel Lilien seems like your kind of place, you won't be disappointed.

My family had a wonderful time at Hotel Lilien! We have been to a few of the hotels in the Hunter Mountain area, and Hotel Lilien is the one we are most excited to return to in the future. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with really stylish decor, both in the rooms and in the massive common area (which also has a pool table and bar). There is a lovely patio, so you have the option to hang out inside or outside. The cocktails served at the bar were really excellent and creative and the dinner options were great... plus the kitchen is open seven nights a week, which is so helpful in an area where many restaurants are only open Thurs-Sun. More than anything, we felt like the staff was super friendly and everyone was very kind to us and to our 15 month old (they even offered us suggestions for kid-friendly activities in the area). We'll for sure be back!

Had a wonderful mini getaway here in one of the bunk/deck rooms. Service was fantastic, room was quite nice and quiet - only complaint was that there was a dirty towel left hanging on the doorstopper that housekeeping must have overlooked - not a huge deal and still giving 5 stars. The bar/restaurant was an absolute gem - special thank you to Chris behind the bar for fantastic drinks and service. Pool is pretty nice for the summer months, and plenty to do in the area.

The reviews here are spot on. We spent a couple nights here just to relax. All of the staff made us feel like family and knew our names. That is the kind of hospitality that makes us come back. The hotel has modern amenities but retains the historical charm. Great location close to hiking and shops. This is a perfect place to go to as a couple for relaxation in a quiet environment.
