This is the worst hotel I have stayed. The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke even the non smoking rooms. The lady at the front desk was very confrontational. My husband informed her that the tub was stopped up, she took it as him complaining and went off on him. We decided to stay only one right, we decided to spend the rest of our stay at the studio 6 in Duluth on Stephen center Dr which was more upscale for a cheaper price.
Horrible management. Very rude. Tried getting extra money out of me at checkout for a scratch. I had nothing with me that could have caused a scratch. She didn't press the issue. I bet she tries it with everyone just to see who will pay.
You know how sometime people be like you get for what you pay for well this places charge $110 for a hotel that’s worst than a $50 motel… there’s bugs walking on you in the bed and when you confront them about it and ask for a refund they get mad then you take them upstairs to show them they bug then they get more angry and start blaming you saying you probably left the window open or the door open. The whole second floor smell like cigarettes and the place stink. |
October 2016 -March 2017 I stayed in this hotel for 5 months I was homeless in Lawrenceville. I cleaned my own room. And sometimes I mopped the elevator because it smelled so horrible. Once a week someone came to collect the sheets ended up buying my own. Ridiculously dirty place but when you're homeless you stay where you can afford.
Clean. Quiet. Ms. Bonnie is amazing!! She's so personable, works hard. Extremely friendly yet is professional. Angela our housekeeper is great. Both take their jobs seriously. HIGHLY RECOMMEND OVER MOTEL 6, HOMETOWN SUITES, RED ROOF AND INTOWN SUITES!!
Gross gross. Walk in and the smell of cheap cleaners is overwhelming. Everything is worn down. They don't even turn the a.c. on inside the lobby, and it's July! The elevators are dirty, noisy, and their floors need to be replaced. I have a non smoking room that stinks of cigarettes and that cleaner. Fridge doesn't work and is dirty. Covers don't look like they've been washed in months. There's also some disgusting substance on the hair dryer in the bathroom. I literally jumped back. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES!
This place only gets one star for having good water pressure. Our experience was horrible. The walls have black mold. I leaned up against the wall and proped my foot up and it went straight through the water damaged wall. I was charged over a hundred dollars. We we're only there for less than eight hours due to the remodeling being done in our own home. The microwave didn't work and we had to use one up front. I spoke with the owner about the charges to my card and she raised her voice to me then hung up. I do lots of reviews and I am always positive. However, this is thumbs down completely!
Front Desk is very inviting and friendly from the time you walk thru the doors. They are happy to answer any questions you may have and make sure you are satisfied with everything before you leave the desk. The rooms are very well taken care of, clean and incredibly spacious. The daily housekeeping is very refreshing as well, they replenish everything you have used and make sure you have all that you need for the upcoming day. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!!
The hotel was clean and the staff were very effective. But the highlight of our stay was Mrs. Maria! With her wonderful people and cooking skills, Mrs. Maria has made us feel at home and wanting to come back!
