My stay at Hotel Key Flushing was fantastic. The hotel offers modern, clean rooms with all the amenities I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Located conveniently near Flushing's vibrant dining scene and public transport, it’s a perfect choice for comfort and convenience.
Great place to stay right in the heart of Downtown Flushing I had to crash here for a little bit and get some work done in between appointments. Rooms are clean, prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly. Daisy at the front desk was super nice. They had just run out of coffee so she offered to share some of her own that she had in her thermos until she could brew a new pot. I was so incredibly touched by this act of kindness. We really need more people like this in the world!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!
Me and my boyfriend have been in many motels over the course of two years trying to fix ourselves because a friend of ours screwed us over and let me tell you we have Seen it all. People who throw others out, those who talk down to the customers. Mind you, we are high tier members with wyndham and hilton " and these higher ups still act very unhuman. It has been rough. Now let me share the good news about this hotel.
We noticed right away that these people are different, kind, and understanding and notably lenient. They treated us like we were family and not to mention the small tiny room is adorable. I liked the tv that is mounted on the wall, and the bed was comfy. The shower was great too. The cleaning in the room needs a little work but I did my magic and re cleaned everything. The two ladies at the front desk and all the guys at front desk are beautiful kind people and we would stay here again problem. This place has delicious coffee and has potential. I would highly recommend it since it is close by to everything. I will always be thankful for them.
I liked the fresh and calming fragrance in reception area. My check-in was very quick and easy access to rooms, reasonable pricing. The best thing that worked for me was cleanliness and even staff was quite friendly and supportive. Overall, it was a great stay for me.
Highly recommend this place to visit.
The front desk worker was very kind and attentive, but the rooms were far from satisfactory. The room smelt of smoke and appeared to have not been cleaned, the carpet did not look vacuumed and there were stains on the bathroom sink/ shower and on surfaces like the window sill or bed side table. There is no quilt, there is just a throw blanket and a thin sheet. The phone did not work , it was pretty much there for decoration. Throughout the hotel carbon monoxide detectors or smoke detectors were beeping that they were out of batteries. Overall, the room was just not very cleanly.
We stayed one night at this hotel to catch a flight at JFK the location was perfect, it is located close to the highway. The parking spot was limited as lot size is quite small so keep that in mind the hotel was very clean upon arrival the staff were pleasant we stayed on the second floor, but it did smell like cigarette smoke was in the hallway, but the room did not smell like smoke. The bathroom was clean and could fit two of us at the same time, however the in the room the pillows were flat!! The TV and bed were really nice it had good lighting they have a microwave and a mini fridge inside and the AC worked really well. Ensure to park your car facing out, it will work out better when leaving overall this is not a resort it is a nice hotel for a few night's stay, and it's value for money.
Hello, good morning, I'm writing because I think it's in bad taste that someone is staying at this hotel and one of the employees is a dark-skinned lady. One tells her something and she's all, I can't, she likes to treat people badly on my behalf and several times it has been done, one tells him please if there is coffee and he says no, the same for cleaning the rooms they told us that every two days they do not clean them, up to 6 days go by and they do not clean it and one keeps it clean but still the sheets must be really change it, lack of education on the part of the lady señora
🤢 First things first, paid $ 176 not Including tax. Parking is complimentary if there is a spot available even though expedia says there's a spot for every room, Not!
The first impression at Walk in are good. It's all down hill after that 😂 definitely smoking going on, definitely short term geared motel. Definitely no where near 3 star hotel!
The room is the size of matchbox, absolutely horrendous looking. The bathroom has a self closing door 😂 like a prison. Terrible decor, terrible maintenance. First and last time I would stay there. One thumbs up I would give, was the air-conditioning was in great working order.
So if you like cold air conditioning maybe this is the place for you.
We loved everything about this hotel. The room, the location, the staff. If ever back in NYC, we definitely come here again. It's a 45-50 minutes metro ride to the city center. The bus station is right in front of the hotel. There are shops and resta
