Hotel ketchum exceeded our expectations. Staff were extremely responsive, kind and helpful. Room was nice, large and clean. Free buffet style breakfast everyday was great. They also offer free electric bike rentals which was a great way to explore the area. Nice pool and jacuzzi area as well. Would stay again!
I was extremely disappointed with the white cloud suite I paid a premium price for during my recent stay. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed long strands of hair scattered throughout the space on the floor, and mainly the couch/pullout bed. It was not only unsightly but also extremely unsanitary. To make matters worse, my son, who was playing with his toys on the floor, couch, and chairs was constantly covered in these stray hairs every time I checked on him. It was a frustrating and unsettling experience, especially considering the amount of money I had spent for a supposedly luxurious accommodation. In the past this has not been the experience so I'm not sure what has changed from then to now. I have stayed in the baldy eagle many times previously without problem. Overall, the room was not up to the standards I expected for the price I paid. It was a major disappointment and tarnished my overall experience at the hotel. I believe that cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority for any establishment, especially when guests are paying a premium rate for their stay. I sent this message to the “review your stay” text which most likely goes to the front desk and they replied “ I am so sorry, I will pass this on to management.” however when I called the same day after checkout there was not a manager on shift. The following day no communication has been received. I’m hoping the review actually made it somewhere to make a difference so others do not have the same experience as me.
This review is based ENTIRELY on the exceptional, go-beyond-the-call-of-duty customer service of Jose Sr. There was a mix up with our booking that led to us being about to be kicked out of our room half way through our stay. Jose had mercy on us and pulled some strings and allowed us to stay on in the same room. We will be forever grateful for the way he treated us with such compassion and not just as a corporate suit. Thank you sir and may God bless you and your hotel as a result of your kindness!

This hotel was wildly expensive for what it was, then they charge you even more when you leave! I was charged $75 despite ordering nothing to the room and leaving it in perfect condition. When I call to find out why it’s impossible to get in touch with ANYONE. The email on their site doesn’t work, their form submission on their site doesn’t work, and no one will return your call. Oh and in case you missed it, their policy is to not clean your room for several days? There is not daily housekeeping. I certainly didn’t see that when booking. Go find something else.
Centrally located in downtown ketchum and close to sun valley. Clean rooms with a nice, free breakfast. There are also lots of hangout areas throughout the property, which were a nice amenity.
Great breakfast, nice room, terrible WIFI (unusable) and front desk really didn't want to deal with it. This is 2024 and really shouldn't be an issue any longer.
We absolutely loved our short stay at Hotel Ketchum! Our room was clean and modern. The lobby and the patio were fun to spend time in.The staff was incredibly attentive and fast to help with anything. Breakfast was tasty. The location was perfect for exploring Ketchum by foot. And the biggest selling point for our family was the heated pool, made for very happy kids. They have decided that Ketchum, and Hotel Ketchum specifically, should be a regular thing for us now.
