From check in to check out, hotel Jackson’s staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their courtesy car service was superb! Will never stay elsewhere. They serve fresh cookies in the evening and service your room twice a day. We felt so relaxed during our stay. Shout out to the bell men and being so accommodating during our trip.
We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Jackson! The staff is extremely helpful and professional. They catered to our every need. They even had a complementary local car service to take us anywhere in town. The rooms were spotless, quiet, well appointed, and spacious. Figs restaurant in the lobby had delicious food and impeccable service. We are looking forward to our return trip in July.
Wonderful family vacation. The rooms are perfect, FIGS was excellent, the location is unmatched with its proximity to town and the front staff and bell desk were absolutely amazing. I got injured on the mountain skiing and they were so gracious and helpful with all of our families travels and itinerary. We will definitely be back!
This hotel is in the best location close to the square. It is modern and clean and the staff goes above and beyond to know your name and make your stay comfortable. They were extremely accommodating in driving us to Snow King and other locations near the square. The hotel shuttle is so nice and drives a few times a day to Teton Village. The concierge was so helpful prior to and during our stay in booking airport rides and excursions. Honestly the staff made our experience. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel!
The Hotel Jackson made our stay an unforgettable one. From concierge that planned excursions and reservations, attentive staff that kept our rooms impeccably clean, and the front desk and lobby staff warmly greeting us- we were blown away by everything the hotel had to offer. Its convenient location, beautiful amenities, and quality staff make this a must stay when you visit Jackson Hole. I look forward to coming back and appreciate the hotel for making our visit one that we will never forget!
We stayed here for a 20th anniversary trip and we loved everything about Hotel Jackson. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and cozy and perfect for our taste. The hotel is also very conveniently located and we were able to easily walk to Jackson’s town and sights. We rented a car so that we could explore the Tetons on our own. The valet was always quite pleasant when received our car. We received a warm welcome each time we entered the lobby and they brought us champagne to celebrate our anniversary. We absolutely loved it!
Wanted to stay in town for our first trip to Jackson, found Hotel Jackson and could not have been happier. The location puts everything in town to a walking distance. The people at Hotel Jackson were amazing from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the doormen. All could point you to the place you were looking for. And the Fig Restaurant in the hotel was excellent. Will definitely be staying here on our next trip back.
The staff at Hotel Jackson was EXCEPTIONAL!!! We landed in Jackson Hole and unfortunately my husband was sick, had to visit the Urgent Care, and was told he had the Flu. When we arrived at Hotel Jackson, they were so helpful. They unloaded our car so I could take my husband directly to the room and get him in bed. During the stay they checked on us several times and offered items to help make my husband more comfortable during his unexpected illness. We had room service from the hotel restaurant Figs, for breakfast and dinner, several days during our visit and it was Excellent as well. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. They really make you feel like part of their family!
