After a disastrous stay in Austin when we escaped Beryl, checking into the beautiful Hotel Indigo was like winning the lottery! Stayed for 2 nights and it was wonderful.||Check-in was fast and easy. They have an in-house restaurant (didn’t get a chance to try), and there were plenty of options a few minutes from the hotel. ||Very new, very clean and beautiful! Hallways were wide and well lit, room was gorgeous and beds were super comfortable. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel!

We travel a lot, and always stay at IHG/Holiday Inn affiliates. And this was the nicest stay we’ve had in at least three years. Not a single negative, only positives, from the room, to the staff, to that gorgeous pool!!!

Blake the bartender and Jackie the Maitre-D at the in house Bar and restaurant were awesome!!! They made us feel really at home and were extremely nice! The room doesn’t have a microwave for heating left overs but other than that the facility is awesome. Very clean. Nice shower. Good ac for your room. Also saw some reviews that said the bar was overpriced. This is not true. $12 for a martini is standard if not cheaper than avg.

I was told by my friends in Waco that this was a good hotel. I wish I felt the same…the front desk lady was rude, there was a water bug “roach” in my room and the parking was bad. When I arrived last Friday the room was reserved by a friend and I was informed that the person who reserved it has to be the first one to check in. I had driven a few hours from out of town and I told the lady that my friend had a medical issue with someone in the family and would not be able to be the first to check in. She was not sympathetic at all. I asked if I could book a room and she said she may not have one but would check. Needless to say she “had” one and was just so rude during the whole interaction. I stayed last Friday-Saturday and checked out early Sunday morning and the same lady was there. I went to the desk to check out so that I could tell them there was a bug in the room and she said they will take care of it. I also asked if they had problems with people not being able to park their cars in the parking lot. I went to a high school reunion and when I got back to my room Saturday night there was no parking. I was too scared to parked on the other side of the hotel room at night by myself so I waited in the parking lot until someone left. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Nice hotel but they have no microwaves which was very inconvenient just in general and there were no alternatives not even the kitchen could assist when I had asked. Also I waited 30 minutes for some Mac and cheese but unfortunately the elbows were undercooked and were still hard so that was disappointing. The Mac and cheese is delicious as I had it the day before and one of the best. The rooms are nice as well but I just can’t wrap my head around the kitchen not having a microwave.

1 Star due to poor service and overcharging. Referred family member here for special trip. When he was checking in, he was told that he had reserved 2 rooms. This was clearly Not done on our end or was a glitch in the system....Who would purposely reserved 2 rooms for 1 couple. They stayed 1 night, in 1 room but were forced to pay for the second room too. After several days, the hotel did reimburse 1/2 the 2nd room cost. Sorry, not good enough. This is a young couple and I guess Hotel Indigo gave them a good lesson in how Not to treat your customers. I am a business owner myself (29 years in business). Do you know how hard it is for a small business to survive 29 years? We have accomplished this by NOT treating our customers in this manner. Management... step up to the plate and do the right thing. You know there were plenty of rooms available so no one was turned away.

I just had a disappointing stay, which I'm sad to say because I'm a big IHG fan, especially the Indigo properties. The rooms were great, the lobby and bar is beautiful, parking is easy. But there was a $75 pet fee not advertised online that I was disappointed by. Additionally, there are zero microwaves available to guests. Not even in the lobby. That is a basic amenity for those traveling multi weeks for work.

The PHO here is amazing!! Holy cow yummy. I also tried the grilled pork bowl—it reminds me of Vietnamese vermicelli, but here it’s served warm. The “house” fish sauce with it is very mild flavored. The menu only has a few items, but it all se
