Stayed overnight on our way to Florida. There is some construction in the area so be aware of that while you navigate the area. Historic Savannah reminds me of a calmer NOLA French District. The architecture of the hotel has modern touches but pays homage to the classical look of the other buildings in the area. The reception area is open and you never feel cramped. The in-house restaurant is also very open and sits behind the glass wall where the reception desk is. The breakfast menu is is tasty with a nice twist on southern fare. There is a concierge that can help with local attractions and tours. When we visited, valet parking was $48. Overall, I would stay here again based on the location.

A 3 star hotel with a 5 star hotel price. Cleanliness is okay, despite the bad reviews. Musty odor all throughout the hotel but the room does not smell musty. Body wash and shampoo was not being refilled. Front desk check out staff today 7/22/24 at 10 am is rude. Front desk staff should be nice, ready to answer questions and hospitable granting they are the forefront of the hotel. Vallet, bartender and front desk staff when we check in 7/20/24 was nice. Really helpful. Location is great. Overall, our stay was okay but i would checkout some other hotels in the future. If I will be paying for a 5 star price, i would prefer hospitable staff and top notch cleanliness.

Book anywhere else! The first room we checked into in the 4th floor smelled like a basement. We asked for a dehumidifier, after returning several hours later, the smell of mold/mildew was still horrible. We asked to switch to another room. This room wasn’t much better. Mold is evident throughout this hotel, there are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Because of the mold, I had a difficult time breathing and my boyfriend was constantly sneezing. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again. If you have a nose that is functioning, I have no idea how you can stay at the Indigo. I contemplated sleeping in my car for the night so I could breathe fresh air, but didn’t feel safe doing so. A woman named Tiffany was super helpful. To me along with other guests, very customer service oriented. There was a woman whose name started with a K, on multiple occasions I observed her being rude to other guests and she was short with me.

A historic hotel in the historic district of Savannah. If you're expecting the feeling of a true historically preserved hotel with modern updates and comfort you will find it here. If you're looking for a contemporary hotel you are not going to find what you're looking for. The only thing that I could remark on that was a little difficult was parking. Be sure to do your research before you visit, the hotel itself only offers $48 per day valet.

For our first time staying in Savannah, GA, we decided to pick out this hotel. Upon arrival, we quickly learned about their valet service. Valets were kind and helpful, and quick with assistance. The front desk was a great help and super kind. They informed us of all the services the hotel had to offer. When entering the room we could hear the toilet making a weird noise that did not stop for the duration of our stay. The sliding shower door would not stay closed and continuously would slide open. After an 8 hour drive we decided to dine at the hotels inside restaurant. We were the first ones to dine for the night. The menu was super simple and rather disappointing but we shouldn't have expected much. After placing our order our food was brought out rather quickly. The only irritating factor here was within seconds of receiving our food, the waiter brought the check before we could even get a bite in. Didn't ask how the food was or if we needed anything. The cook however did come by after we finished to ask how the food was. Overall could use a little work and improvement on service from the waiter, room upkeep, and menu simplicity. Not sure if I'd stay here again.

My friend and I stayed for Memorial Day weekend and secured one of the last 6 rooms available. We checked in and our room was super dusty, like it had not been occupied for a while. We were about to leave but we spoke with Alfred, who gave us superb customer service and a better room. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. The rest of our trip was excellent. The new room was clean and had a great view. The hotel also has convenient access to River Street and City Market. I would stay there anytime I visit Savannah.

Stayed at the hotel for a night, it is a beautiful hotel with large, clean and nice rooms but pricey. You also will get charged $48 for valet parking. When I checked in, I was asked for my CC, I gave it to them and was charged. At check out, I was asked for my CC again, when I told the clerk I was charged twice, she told me one charge would drop off in a couple of days. It didn't. Both almost $400 charges were deducted from my account, when I called, I was told to call back later for a manager. I did and spoke to the supervisor Tiffany, repeated the whole story and come to find out the hotel charged me for two rooms. They said they would refund one of the charges and I am still waiting for the money to be credited to my account. There was no apologies from anyone to me about their mistakes, hassle or inconvenience. We also had to wait an hour to get our car given to us from the valet after asking 3 times where the car was. Nice hotel, but definitely not worth all these inconsiderate hassle.

Lots of details need attention here. Premium rooms were tiny. The bathrooms are so small the sink is out in the room. The closet is too small to access easily. Sink was disgustingly dirty. HousekeePING was more interested in their phone than working. We had to cart our own bags to the storage closet when we checked them. LOL. Lots more. Pass

What a gem. This is a total find. The apartment is very large and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. We were two friends, so I used the sofa bed as an extra room. It worked very well - it’s big and comfortable and, if you ask, they’

Was traveling through and had the privilege of working out with a fun and talented group. The online sign up was super easy, was able to sign my waiver and reserve a class in a jiff. The gym was conveniently located and a quick walk from my hotel. T
