Fantastic stay. The entire staff was professional and accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Valet was polite and helped with bags, the front desk texted with us to let us know we could bring drinks upstairs from the bar, they accommodated a late checkout - there was even a handwritten note from the manager in our room. Highly recommend.

Staff is the kindest and warmest group of people. Carlos is the best valet, Sade is so caring and her follow up to any concerns is awesome. Monica is an amazing bar tender. The rooms are quite beautiful and I’m excited for when the restaurant is complete. I recommend this hotel to my other traveling coworkers.

We stayed here for a fun staycation experience and it was amazing! The decor and aesthetic is unmatched. Excellent attention to detail. Our room was spacious and very clean. The employees are kind; the bottled water at check-in is a nice touch. The location is close enough to major downtown restaurants, events, etc., but far enough away to enjoy a quiet night's sleep. Anna's Place is an added bonus and don't miss out on visiting Astute Coffee next door!

This hotel has a boutique vibe, is centrally located and with a friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nicely laid out - loved the shower! They have a nice bar with various drink specials and a laid back atmosphere. Even though the hotel is on a fairly busy street, we didn’t hear any street noise except for one siren (we were on the 2nd floor). Only downside is parking. There really isn’t a lot of options - valet at $30/day, or shuffling around for street parking - which is metered. There was a parking garage across from the hotel, but it wasn’t always manned, and couldn’t find out if the daily rate allowed for in and out privileges. Also, when unloading for checking in, again, there’s no parking (there were 2 spots to temporarily park to check in, but these spots were almost always in use. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this hotel, just be aware of the parking being somewhat of an issue.

My stay was mostly outstanding. The rooms are very aesthetically pleasing and very clean. A very comfortable experience in the room itself. Staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. My biggest and really only complaint about this hotel, is there is absolutely no food options whatsoever. No breakfast, no room service, and no food offered in the little lobby shop other then a few candy bars. Given the location of the hotel being in a downtown environment, and located in a part of downtown where there is no access to any kind of food at all, anywhere close. There aren't even microwaves in the rooms, at least there wasn't one in my room. The only access to a microwave is one in the lobby. So bringing your own food isn't necessarily a convenient option. Breakfast or any basic food service is a very standard amenity in any hotel this day in age. It doesn't very reasonable for this hotel to charge average rates, when almost every other IHG hotel offers' basic breakfast for basically the same price. I just found this to be quite irritating. But other then that issue, my stay was amazing. If you don't mind not having any food options in an area where food is not easily accessible then I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed the rooms and the service. The Omaha standard of no free parking is always a factor, but I chose to utilize their valet service and wasn't disappointed, with IHG membership (free) it was discounted. The speakeasy in the lobby was fantastic. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the wifi was good. I would absolutely be back.

This hotel was fantastic! Very cool modern/brick look in the building. Attached speak easy was really fun with great drinks. Front desk staff were probably the nicest I've ever encountered- Mya was checking on us as we got back from dinner to see how it was and was very kind every time we talked. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was very modern (rain-head shower, sliding glass doors, etc) and actually used pump hand soap instead of hand bar soap which I dislike. Particularly considering the price and location, I was very happy and will definitely return here if in Omaha again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The design of the hotel was a nice combination of industrial and modern. I loved how spacious the room was. I was in town to visit family and my sister and I got a double queen. We wished the bathroom had double sinks, but overall we were able to work around it. I found the bed to be really comfortable and I loved that the big, fluffy pillows. My aunt also stayed at the hotel with us and she’s a big coffee fan and loved the pod flavors provided in the room. The only con really was a broken towel hook in the bathroom, but it’s more of a superficial complaint because it didn’t effect my stay at all.
