Roches,tv controller don't work,cuz cable box is behind tv,blocking blocks signal..waters is 68 degrees at it's hottest..heater takes all day..ac ok,dirty walls,bed bugs..window don't lock cuz it's to big...over laptops the lock..elevator gets stuck often..

I had to go to a hotel last minute because of a family emergency and decided to stay at the heritage hotel. This is my 3rd night here and it’s been really good. Beds are comfy enough. Room feels cozy. It’s very clean too which way crucial for me. The people working here are very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that to use the microwave in the kitchen you have to call someone to open it but it’s safer so it’s ok. I wish you couldn’t hear the neighbors so much either but it’s to be expected. Other than that it’s been pleasant staying here and I’m very grateful for that

I'm incredibly grateful for the services this place has offered. The rooms are perfectly clean and spacious. Comes with good quality mini fridge, bathtub and shower, flat screen and all the channels, and the beds are pretty comfortable as well (down comforters are ALWAYS a cozy plus 👌🏻) I dig the Funky Fresh elevator with retro carpeted walls, and the ice machine and vending machines actually work too! The dude in the front office is pretty chill and kind. Location pros: close to everything you could possibly need like grocery stores, CVS, tons of food options, banks, etc., even laundry mat which is cool too. Cons: it can be rather noisy sometimes, mostly due to the train close by, otherwise it's typical noise you'd expect in the area

For the price, this room was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Staff member Adi took great care of me and answered all my questions and prepared me for the parking situation on Friday and Saturday nights. Very helpful! There are also many stores within walking distance including a Starbucks. Highways are nearby and the location is great. All staff members were very helpful and friendly.

I've worked there a few times the Service Always Great during Winter Time Great Programs to help the poor with kids and animals. I highly recommend it. I'm from El Monte Never Had Any problems here. Close to stores restaurants and markets Donut shops for those lover's of it.

America’s Best was recommended by the USC hospital for a lengthy stay while my wife was having surgery. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. Frank and Anita at the desk helped me to extend my stay when I had to stay in LA longer than anticipated. He told me about a special rate they have for people staying at the hospital which saved us a lot of money on our trip.||You can tell that they take pride in their property. The hotel appears to be recently renovated, with some work still on going, but the main areas are finished. The rooms are very comfortable, and very clean. Ours had a mini-fridge in it. You always see the housekeeping staff working away, and you can see the results! The place is very clean.||There is an elevator for those getting an upper floor that do not want to use the stairs. There is a luggage cart you can check out from the front desk to carry all your luggage in one trip also. Handicapped parking is also available.||Laundry facilities are available on the third floor. There is a pool with soon to be workout area also. I haven’t seen these areas yet, but don’t doubt that they will disappoint.||Every morning a continental breakfast is available on the second floor, consisting of eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, rolls, pastries, bagels , toast, yogurt, coffee, juice, and milk. I’m sure I forgot something.||We need to return at least three times, and we will be calling directly to Frank to reserve our room. I would recommend you call the hotel directly first, before booking online to see if they can give you a better rate.

I should of looked at the reviews. The rooms were small and the heater smelled weird. The room was not clean. The bathroom tub was basically black. The towels were dirty that when I used it, it had a clump of someone else's hair. they did have a complimentary breakfast and I didn’t expect much but they need to upgrade and change their menu. They had waffles but were terrible and they only had boiled eggs and had “bagels” but were basically just pieces of white toast. The only edible thing was the coffee and the packaged bread and cereal. I wish I could get my money back. I highly don’t recommend this place.

I would NOT recommend this place. We were told by them and by guests to make sure we lock our cars and not leave anything in our car because it is not safe to park there. There were helicopters circling the hotel and the surrounding area upon arrival looking for someone. Then at 2 am someone banged on our door then banged on the next door and we're yelling for them to let him in or they will regret it. It was very scary. After a horrible night's sleep we asked for AN extra towel and the maids were rude and said no. We asked if we could ask someone else and they said no the owners told them to say no. I forgot my pillow and called to ask if they could mail it to me. I said I would pay postage and they said no. I would never ever recommend anyone to stay there. They were super rude. We drove in from Tucson on a holiday weekend for a funeral. We have never been treated so bad by a hotel.
