Hotel Ellis Island - Hotel in Las Vegas - 4250 Koval Ln, USA

Almost perfect 5 stars! I was very pleased staying here. Staff is super friendly and helpful.. they offer a lot of comps.. the steak was a little tough but over all not bad.. rooms are super clean. The construction for the F1 race but is under way so it's a bit confusing right now but I will definitely return.

Positive: Free parking, good location for 1 night stay. Negative: Traffic near The Strip is godawful, no fault of the fine people @ Ellis Island. I am not sure how a resort fee is justified here, altho 80% of Vegas hotels can't justify one either.

Positive: noyhing Negative: they are very un professional, I reserved my room 2 weeks before. when i went there they said that I'm suppose to leave the property immediately and never return. They didn't told me the reason and nobody responded me to correctly.

Cindy was a great server, she was very attentive! The food had good flavor the avocado toast was on a whole grain thick piece of bread! The chilequilles were tasty but not like mommas lol The mimosa with Pina quenched the thirst with this heat here in Vegas The banana foster pancakes were delicious 😋 we got a 2 egg breakfast to split it for the kids and it definitely was enough served with thick cut bacon 🥓 Definitely no skimming here and the strawberry salad was fresh and had lots of flavor ! The spicy blood mary has kick for sure but it was bomb !! Great atmosphere and great airflow !!

Positive: I¿m familiar with the hotel as I stay there every time I go to vegas Negative: Yes. Staff wasn¿t very helpful when asked to change rooms they said rooms were booked. The hotel itself was in poor shape things broken I told staff the said they¿d put it in but didn¿t ask for a room number or anything.

The rooms are not very fancy but they are clean and well laid out. When we stayed the only issue we had was with an inconsistent air conditioning unit in the room. Prices are very reasonable during the week and it's just a short walk across the parking lot to Ellis Island Casino (a wonderful offering of fun table games and a respectful number of slots, video poker machines and very good, reasonably priced restaurants. Plenty of parking all around the property and a very casual vibe ajoined with a local casino and brewery that does not pretend to be anything other than what it is. Super 8+

The place is in need of attention, it was relatively inexpensive and well located.
