Excellent value. Great location. Nice amenities in good working order such as sauna and hot tub. Very helpful and inviting front desk staff. Recently renovated lobby and rooms- comfortable but not insulated well for sound. Other guests & their pets were a little loud but I wasn’t too bothered. A great budget-friendly option!

I almost don’t want to leave a review so the prices don’t go up here but this place was incredible! Ian at the front desk was super helpful checking us in and letting us know where the amazing 24hr jacuzzi was located. The room was great, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was clean. Our truck had froze over while snowboarding so we had to have it towed from the mountain to the hotel and Ian again was super accommodating and allowed us to have it dropped off near our room(not in a designated spot) and then Ian allowed us to borrow a chair to work on the truck and checked on us to make sure everything was going fine. This place is amazing and we definitely will be staying here any time we go to Flagstaff as long as the rates stay affordable!

Stayed here while visiting the north pole experience. One night stay literally to sleep and turn around the next day. Check in was easy and pleasant, lobby was modern and pleasant on the eyes. FREE code and hot chocolate! Always a plus on the cold days. Affordable pricing compared to those around. The room itself needs some love. It was clean for sure….. but the furniture was all chipped peeled paint, nicks dents you name it. It all worked and had no issues but might benefit from some upgrading. Love that the sliding doors open up to the pool ( was closed for us, it was winter) hot tub we took advantage of. Clean, warm and indoor what more could you want! They also have a year round steam room, didn’t indulge in that but it cute! Half of the property is under construction. Overall not a bad place to stay!

It's aways a roll of the dice when you select a last minute hotel, but my trip had to stay flexible due to the drive times with winter weather, etc. I selected this hotel and completely expected it to be so/so due to such a reasonable price. But wow I was pleasantly surprised. A great front desk experience, an immaculate room and very quiet.... and the laundry, vending, and ice all worked as did the appliances in the room. Walking distance to food and the restaurant/bar next door offered a discount to hotel guests. I would definitely stay here again.

I was only going to stay one night and wound up staying for 3. A big shout out to the staff (everyone)! With a special thank you to both Greg and Ian. These two went out of their way to make sure I was happy!! The hotel was immaculate, the room was great and even had hardwood floors! That's perfect especially for a dog and for tracking in the snow/dirt/ice etc! I would absolutely stay there again and so should you! The location is great too! Thanks Elev8 :)

The hotel is located just off of I 40. It's an older property that has been Nicely restored. We liked it. The hotel looked great. Our room was completely remodeled. All up to date. The bed very comfortable. We had a refrigerator, microwave and big screen. Some reviews mention noise. We could hear muffled TV noise and coughing. We use a white noise app when traveling. They don't serve breakfast. They do have a very nice euro style machine that makes coffee, espresso and specialty drinks. Also hot chocolate. Next door is a breakfast, lunch and dinner place that offers a 10% to hotel guest.

This place is so cute!! I rolled in right off I-40 after a day of driving. The room was clean, service was friendly. The best part is the 24-hour hot tub, gym, and sauna! I do wish they offered breakfast, but there’s a free coffee/latte/hot chocolate machine in the lobby and you can get 10% off food at the sports bar next door. I would totally stay here again!

First the beds were way too soft, I weigh 190lbs and was sinking in the middle, didn't sleep at all and got up with a sore back. The TV didn't have a remote control, the jacuzzi water was very filthy and their sauna never gets hot. The room costed $69 with taxes included, not bad, but as I was traveling with my small dog, the pet fee was $40 per night and per pet! I don't consider that to be a pet friendly place, but a way to exploit guests traveling with animals. I travel through Flagstaff often, but l'd never stay there again. If that was the only place available, I'd sleep in my car!
