Hotel is visually attractive, however bathroom had a lot of hair all over the tile floor. The room also smelled moldy and dirty. The smell dissipates a bit when you get the Hvac going. Bed is comfortable. Dirty washcloth or cleaning towel left hanging on shower curtain bar. Gross!! Switching gears the front desk clerk was 10/10, male in the evening. Very helpful, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. The Ev charger for electric cars good worked well. Desk clerk also helpful with that

Stayed here for a couple of nights. The rooms were well maintained and the beds comfortable. All of the staff was phenomenal right from the check in. My only complaint would be breakfast. With what's in the brown paper bag per room, I would have preferred being told that there wasn't a breakfast so that I could have put breakfasts into the budget for my trip. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Everything but breakfast was great. They advertise breakfast. However, it's a brown bag (1 water, a mini granola bar, a mini 3pk donuts, apple sauce and spoon). My spouse went down to get breakfast and was told only one per room. He explain there was three of us and it said free breakfast. The employee very rudely shoved 2 more bags at him and said well there's only 7 bags left. Kind of left us disappointed because check in was great. Room was beautiful and clean.

This hotel is cute and clean. The room was small but it was good enough for me! Everything was spotless, the front desk gal was a sweetheart. I had a prepaid reservation so check in was quick and easy and I had a great night sleep

I was worried about how it would look because of the price, but it was a very nice hotel! Don't let the price fool you. It was a great rate for the one night I needed. Beds were comfortable, shower was amazing, and I had a fridge, flat top, and microwave. There's no dishes, but I was shocked that this was included for the price. Hotel and rooms did not look dated either. I was completely and pleasantly surprised.

I love this hotel. Being a travel agent I visit this hotel quite frequently. This last trip I had was a little rocky but the manager Roy(not sure of his last name) made everything right. There was a mix up with my room due to someone still being in the room I was supposed to get. He immediately rectified it and got me in another room asap. He is awesome and one of the best I’ve come encountered with while staying there. Oh and let’s not forget the housekeeping. These two ladies were cleaning up the room when I got there and let me tell you. They made sure the bed was made and comfortable and the room was very clean and smelled wonderful. Hats off to Kita Odom and Mico Maddie. They are so friendly and very attentive. If you are in the Mississippi area and are looking for a cost efficient no frills hotel for business or you just get away this is your place. I’ll definitely be going back when I’m there.

I would like to share my experience at a new facility where I stayed recently. The check-in process was easy and hassle-free. However, during the checkout, I faced some trouble. The hotel staff was strict about the checkout time, and they called me at 11:01 AM to remind me of the deadline. Then, the housekeeping staff came to check my room at 11:05 AM, and when I failed to check-out by 11:10 AM, the hotel called the Desoto County PD. I had to leave in a hurry and couldn't even have breakfast as the brown bag breakfast provided by the hotel was not up to the standard. Moreover, the front parking was blocked with cones, and the hotel clerk was monitoring the camera, preventing the handicap from parking their car there. Although the hotel is safe, I would suggest checking out early and grabbing a breakfast sandwich from Dodge to avoid any hassle. Also, I would recommend having someone Caucasian check-in if you don't want the police escort experience. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Rooms are what you pay for. Not too nice but also decent enough. Don’t expect a hot breakfast. They have pre-packaged breakfast bags that come with hostess donuts, apple sauce, a nutrigrain bar, and a water bottle.
