Hotel Centro Sonoma Wine Country, Tapestry by Hilton - Hotel in Rohnert Park - 5870 Labath Ave, USA

I'll update you when I'm ready to, but so far, my review is the following . We got a nice room. The hotel is geourgous, lobby, bar, pool, clean, and amazing decor. Rooms clean so so. Mine had a lot of dust as a construction like it was done recently. Buy a hotel, it's been running for 4 years now. I'm waiting on changing rooms due to a very noisy stay. Otherwise, it's good , ask for the voucher for breakfast thank me later .

I’m a Hilton Honors member and travel often for work and leisure and this is my new go to hotel in the Sonoma area. It’s brand new and the rooms are well appointed. I loved that it had a bar which most of the completion in the area does not. The pool is very quiet and relaxing. Will be returning often while visiting for work and will also bring the family for a long weekend

DO NOT BOOK HERE! They over sold the hotel on a holiday weekend, so when my room floor was flooded and filled will gross water when I checked in, they had no where to put me. I ended up driving 3.5 hours home at 9pm at night because they also couldn't find another hotel after waiting 45 mins in their lobby watching the clerk nearly have a panic attack. The staff are not supported and were veryyyyy over worked. There were 2-3 other parties waiting around for help too. When I finally gave up and decided to just drive home, they assured me it would be refunded immediately the next morning since I prepaid, however, I have spent 2.5 hours on hold now just to be told that its up to the hotel and no one can help me. I have called them 3 times, with agents from the main office even on the line and yet no one can refund me the 180$ I paid. Its a total waste of my time and there has been ZERO mention from 4 different people of anything related to compensation. I have been told, again, to wait 48 hours, but I don't have much hope they will figure it out. I joined their loyalty club to book this hotel and regret it because no one can actually help me. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Outstanding staff, outstanding design and cleanliness. The hotel is an absolute joy. I would give it 6 stars and I will be a regular here. This is an amazing spot, the pool, the hot tub, the food, and the amazing staff I got their names they are so sweet and wonderful. Johnnie at the bar, Richard and Ayushi at the front desk are all gems. Ayushi checked me in and is a doll. Good for the business! What a great place, you will not believe the quality of this hotel. I stay all over and just got back from Vegas and I love this place ! Late addition to my review but worth the recognition: Clarissa the manager went above and beyond to make sure me and my girlfriend had an outstanding experience, and we did! Thank you to all the staff!

The Hotel Centro is quite a nice little hotel. The look and feel is a bit upscale (so are the prices). First off it is easy to get to off Highway 101, and the parking is free and plentiful. When you first walk in the main entrance you see a very nice lobby. The staff are very attentive and accommodating. Herein lies the rub. They need more staff. There is not enough housekeeping, kitchen, or even service staff. I'm not sure what happened, but they are really running ragged. It shows with housekeeping, towels at the pool, and service in the restaurant. Now the bartender is cool and friendly, the bell desk people are ridiculously good, and the waitress is new, but excellent and friendly. My biggest surprise may have been the food. It is pricey. The thing is it is also excellent! 👌🏾 I had the best avocado toast that I have ever tried. I kid you not. Hats off to their chefs. I'm a pour-over coffee guy and their coffee is good as well. The kids loved the pancakes and the Overlander breakfast was a surprise hit as well. The gym is well appointed and near the pool and hot tub so you can get your sweat on while the family enjoys themselves, or even take in a game in the TV while stretching out your back. When they get their staffing right this is easily a 4.5 to 5 star property.

I am a long-time diamond member with Hilton and travel quite frequently. I have a lot of respect for the folks who work in the hotel industry and try to be very understanding but also expect to receive comparable service for what I am paying. I'll start with the pros-the rooms are very nice and have been recently renovated. The location is great-right off the 101 and lots of dining and shopping options nearby. The area felt very safe and was very quiet at nice. If I could sum up our experience at the Hotel Centro Sonoma Wine Country, Tapestry by Hilton in one word it would be "unfortunately". We heard that word quite a bit from staff during our time during our stay, for which we had fairly high expectations given the price, recent reviews, and recent renovations of the property. We arrived around 15 minutes prior to check-in (3pm at this property) as were told that "unfortunately" the room we selected on the mobile check in was not quite ready. Fair enough, happens sometimes. I ask if there is a another room available of the same room type we could get into. "Unfortunately not". We were offered bottled water and a couch to sit on in the well-appointed lobby. After a 30 minute wait (now after check-in time), I the manager comes over and apologizes and commits to have housekeeping work on the room right away and offers to add additional breakfast. The manager was very professional and was obviously trying to compensate for being very short-staffed by running towels upstairs in the hotel, which was recently converted to a Hilton property. After another 15-20 minutes, and a lot of confusion by the front desk staff, we are assigned to our room. When we get into the room, we immediately notice there is no hand soap. Again, no big deal, happens sometimes. We ask the housekeeping staff in the hall if we can have a bar of soap. Unfortunately, I am all out she replies and shows us the empty space on her cart. Off to Target for hand soap, which is conveniently located near the hotel. The next morning we arrive at 7am for breakfast before heading out for the day (we had a tight schedule on our first day) to find the restaurant has not yet opened. Again, there was one staff member who looked like she was both the waitress and the cook. When we arrived back after 5pm that evening after a long day, we found our room was not yet serviced (again, a symptom of a fairly large hotel and being short-staffed rather than the effort of the staff). In sum, a hotel this nice in appearance and location needs to be much better staffed. The staff who are there are very nice and friendly and are trying their best, but given the size of the hotel and how busy it was during our stay, there was no way they could adequately serve the guests in a manner commiserate with the cost of the stay.

Lobby smells wonderful and nicely decorated with plenty of seating. The lady that checked us in was very helpful and we went to one of the wineries she suggested which was our fav. The casino is right around the corner if you’re interested. Breakfast is sit down and order style. My blueberry pancakes were excellent and I had the best breakfast potatoes ever. They were crispy and seasoned to perfection. The beds were very comfy and I got a good nights rest. There’s also room for parking if you’re driving. Glad I chose this hotel. Tips: - The pool is heated but didn’t get in so not sure how warm it is. It’s small and you might encounter kids but the pool wasn’t my priority. - Get down early for breakfast bc they were a bit short staffed in that area so you’ll have a longer wait

The carpets in the rooms are sticky - and the hallway too - not sure the last time they bothered to steam clean the rugs but don't take your shoes off! But zero stars for not having fresh hot coffee available to patrons first thing in the morning - you have to wait for their cafe to open - we had to get in our car and drive to get a cup of coffee at 7am - no coffee anywhere to be found! Any hotel that doesn't have coffee in the morning should be closed down! The staff was very nice and apologized for not having anything available to the guests - they said they used to have a coffee set up but when Hilton bought the hotel they closed it down so that you'd have to pay for coffee in their diner that does not open early enough for people who actually want to get things done. Booooo Hilton!
