Had the pleasure of attending Writer’s Block event at the Main Stage of Hotel Cafe and document the vibes. This spot is certainly where you go to find a few of your emerging favorites and support your L.A. songwriter community.

Super nice place with 2 stages 1 small and 1 bigger one. Great drink prices . Usually in Hollywood is higher, this is the correct pricing for it. Great atmosphere, great bar. I Just can recommend it!!!
They don't serve food anymore here. It is just a music venue and bar. The entrance is down a short alley behind the building when coming from the street.
The cover was $10 plus an approx $3 service fee on their website. There are 2 rooms each with a bar and stage: main and second. The rooms are small and there are a few little 2 person tables to watch the performances. The drinks are super reasonably priced and CHEAP for the area.
Great venue for small-medium shows. A magnet for great live acts in LA.
Awesome experience. First time performing comedy here and the crowd was electric! Fun all around and some great indie pop and blues performances. Jazzy Comedy Show
Good place for low key live shows. Stage is just too small. Entrance is in the back. Some paid parking around.
