check in was easy, room was clean. nicely remodeled. bathroom/shower was excellent. parking plentiful. only complaint was breakfast was 630-930 and we got there at 915 and mostly all items were gone. I had toast amd there was enough milk for a half bowl of cereal. saw an empty box of yogurt, danishes, and I believe what was an empty fruit bowl. there was plenty of juice and a very nice coffee machine.

Both exterior and interior spaces are in excellent condition. Everything looked new and modern. Very comfortable and clean and location was nice. Short drive to the Shoreline Amphitheater and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Young woman at the front desk was very friendly, cheerful and efficient. Definitely would stay here again!! Highly recommend this place!

Newly remodeled hotel, clean facilities and towers and comfortable bed. The receptionist was so nice to offer us a room in the back away from the busy street, I did not hear any traffic noise at all. The location and price is unbeatable. Will definitely come back next time.

Room was clean, location is convenient and within easy driving distance to food and shopping. Checkout was very easy with responsive service. Upon checkout, I had forgotten an important item. I called the front desk and they personally searched the room themselves and held onto it until I was able to retrieve it from them.

When my girlfriend decided to extend her stay one more day the manager/owner decided to not allow us into the room until a "mandatory" room service was done. My gf said it was not necessary as the room was clean however the manager not only took 40 minutes to clean an already clean room, she came to us , as we were sitting in our car and starred at us and our cars as if we weren't present, looking all around and in the cars without acknowledging our presence. In fact we rolled down our window to talk to her as we thought she was going to assure us the room was going to be ready soon I don't understand her logic and reasoning behind this behavior I will never come back to this place and hope others are warned ⚠️ To be fair location and rooms are nice

My rating will be extremely polarized, with separate evaluations for the room and service. The room's internet connection is extremely poor, which is very inconvenient for business travelers. Early in the morning, the cleaning staff always knock on the door to clean the room, which is bothersome and disrupts rest, especially on weekends. Furthermore, the hotel manager insists on daily room cleaning, claiming that guests tend to make rooms dirty. This assertion is discomforting, especially considering the actual cleanliness issues, such as the slightly moldy silicone sealant in the shower and the uncleaned corners of the room. Even after three days, I could still see the French fries left by the previous guest, which hadn't been attended to. While the simple bread and cereal provided for breakfast are sufficient and reasonably priced given the circumstances, the quality of the coffee is very poor, making it preferable to brew coffee in the room. On a positive note, the bed is very comfortable, the pillows are plush, and everything feels quite new. The towels are also fresh and of good quality, and the shower provides a comfortable water temperature and pressure. The reason I would consider staying at this hotel three times or more is primarily due to the excellent bathroom, comfortable bed, and convenient location. However, there is room for improvement in the attitude of the owner. During rest times in the room, it's always possible to hear the owner shouting at the cleaning staff, which is very uncomfortable. If this were just a two-star hotel, why do other similar establishments not have this issue with their owners?

Hotel Aria is a pleasant alternative for those looking for a less expensive, yet still very nice, stay in a great area. Upon check in I was swiftly checked in and helped by the very kind and helpful man at the front desk. My fiancé and I also noticed how quiet it was! The noise level didn’t change whatsoever throughout the night, even with other people arriving later in the evening. That was a huge plus, especially with two little ones. Another plus was the shower and bathroom! I’m 6’3 and the rain type shower with hand wand was just perfect. I stayed with my fiancé and two little ones and had no problems whatsoever & I suggest this to anyone in the area looking for a good stay! 😁

Our plans were not fixed and our trip kept extending. So we ended up booking for additional days online since there were online deals. We had to take whatever rooms were available online. The customer service person got mad at us for booking online and told us not to book online as it was inconvenient for them to switch rooms. They even told us that they will not accept any more online reservations if we want to extend our stay. We found their behavior rude and made alternative arrangements to stay even though we could not get refund for our last night stay. Why would they offer online deals if it is so inconvenient for them.
