Hotel AKA Back Bay - Hotel in Boston - 154 Berkeley St, USA

We were taking Amtrak for a quick trip to Boston and stumbled upon this hotel because we needed to be close to the Back Bay station. It was very close and a fabulous surprise in a neighborhood we normally don’t visit.||What a lovely surprise! Beautifully updated landmark building. Very convenient and walkable neighborhood. Totally lovely staff. We particularly loved the friendly front desk, especially Ryan. And the lovely restaurant with Anna as a great early morning server. Didn’t get the name of the doorman but he was exceptionally welcoming for first time visitors. ||Bravo Hotel AKA

I enjoyed my stay at the AKA Back Bay. The hotel was renovating the lobby, and was finished before I completed my stay. Everyone on staff was pleasant and helpful. My room was beautiful and surpassed my needs. This location was perfect for me as I was attending meetings across the street. I enjoyed the staff and the patio was a very nice touch. Well done..

I loved staying at the aka hotel. |The hotel is pretty new and the rooms are very clean. I am really particular and I felt at home here. They even were able to accommodate my early check-in request. |The location is very convenient easy to walk everywhere. ||My new Boston favorite place to stay! |Looking forward to planning another ||vacation at the aka !!!

Beautiful place with friendly staff! It is near everything! The hotel is wonderful, and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The staff is attentive. We were able to walk to many great restaurants. Lots of places to shop. Would definitely stay there again.

Our experience at AKA backbay was amazing! The rooms were comfortable and the restaurant/bar was clean, and fabulous. We ate brunch and had Ana as our server. She was friendly and attentive. Additionally, another manager checked on us multiple times during our meal. We recommend the frittata. At the bar, we were able to sit outside in a beautiful and relaxing patio with great bar service late into the night while feeling safe. We had a housekeeping question, and the head of housekeeping came to our room without us even asking and addressed the question! The front desk staff was always there, friendly, and asking how we were doing. Overall, I recommend this hotel because of the amazing staff and location.

Great staff and very accomadating. The front desk, housekeeping, valet, and door folks are all wonderful! The one suggestion: though the beds are comfortable, they could be wider. Other than that, superb stay and will highly consider coming back.

Great Hospitality. The hotel is immaculate. The bed is incredibly cozy. Room service is prompt. The location makes walking around convenient. I did not want to leave, breakfast in bed was a real treat here. All of the hotel staff were helpful, from valet to the front desk and room service.

Nous avons eu un très agréable séjour pour 3 nuits. Malgré que l’hôtel était en rénovation, la chambre était propre et les lieux étaient confortables. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux de Ryan. Et M. Luis nous a été d’une grande aide pour remédier à certains problèmes avec la télévision. Tout le personnel était très aimable et souriant. L’hôtel est très bien situé.
