Hotel 116, a Coast Hotel - Featured Reviews (1323)
I've stayed at Motel 6's that were nicer than this. There was a pile of hair next to the mirror on the carpet, looked like someone had just cut their hair and housekeeping left it there. The beds were uncomfortable, the door barely locked, and the elevator didn't work. This is the first time I've gone out of my way to write a review because I actually really hope I encourage some people to save their money and stay somewhere else. Only added one extra star because it's right next to Woods coffee and Chick fil A, which is very convenient...
Stayed in king size bed ensuite on ground floor. Overall room was average at best. Noisy since it was facing the parking lot with people walking by sometimes and yelling. The bath tub had stains that were not scrubbed clean. But prime location, 1-2 blocks from Trader Joe's and Target. Chick-fil-A next door, but is the only food option late at night within walkable distance.
We stayed here because it is very close to Overlake hospital and my wife had early surgery scheduled. The good news is they give a very big discount for this. Our one night there was OK but not great. We wanted to spend the evening watching the Olympics. Sadly the tv did not get any local stations only cable networks. Do no Olympics. Also the small fridge was very loud when it came on during the night emitting a very loud high pitched sound for several minutes. This kept waking us up over and over all night. Other than that it was fine. Clean and comfortable.
The bed are so uncomfortable feel like a cheap bed you buy for little kids. Shower tub is slippery. AC doesn't work well. Doesn't stay on. Gets really uncomfortable hot at night. Stayed 2 nights. My husband and I didn't have a good rest at all. Definitely going to stay some where else next time.
A very accessible location for navigating Bellevue and close to the 2-line electric tram that travels along all of Bellevue and leads to bus options for Seattle proper. The hotel itself was a bit spotty between our parties' two rooms. Our friends room lacked a TV remote, had a worse bathroom and both our rooms thermostats didn't work correctly. We had to set the AC manually. Their room was located on the outside section of the hotel and the balcony had carpet that got wet and mildewy in the rain. Some of the hallways were worn but serviceable. I found the beds much too soft and the blankets/pillows cheap. All the service employees I interacted were cordial and helpful. We were told we had to pay $15 a night for parking but were never actually directed to. One of our party read a lot of reviews about bed bugs but we didn't encounter any.
Very high quality, much higher than expected! Glad I had somewhere to crash for the night, but wasn't expecting this level of comfort or luxury! The restroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the coffee was excellent. Staff was courteous and helpful. Thanks!
We just stayed at Hotel 116 for the past 3 nights and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that the furniture was outdated, and the carpet had a distinct, unpleasant odor. The air conditioning unit emitted a weird smell, too, making the room feel less than fresh.
To make matters worse, the bathtub and sink were not draining properly, which made using the bathroom a hassle. When we arrived, the bathroom was poorly cleaned, with male hair scattered all over, which was difficult to clean due to the drainage issues. Adding to the frustration, the towels provided were dirty, and the overall service was unhelpful and unresponsive to our complaints.
Additionally, they forgot to service our room when it was scheduled, leaving us with overflowing trash and no fresh towels. The pool was closed for maintenance on the morning we planned to use it, adding to our list of disappointments. Furthermore, the water tank for filtered water was empty, leaving us without a basic amenity.
In summary, everything that could go wrong during our stay did. I hope the management at Hotel 116 takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements to avoid future guests having such a disappointing experience.
Decided to try somewhere new when travelling for business but woefully regret checking out this hotel. Being 3 star, I assumed this hotel would be on the nicer end. I was wrong. The room was okay at best- others were right about moldy grout and dust. Overall you can tell things need a good deep clean. The elevator is... sketchy at best. My biggest issue though wasn't the room itself, but the fact that my room reservation was nowhere to be found despite two confirmation numbers and the credit card used to purchase. I ended up having to reach out to my credit cards travel agents so they could RESEND the info to the hotel, so they could manually input the reservation. The added 30 minute detour checking in after my 10 hour shift was SUPER fun... and I was told the only way to not have this happen is to just not... order through any outside company- to only order through the hotel website. That's fine.... with all the hassle I doubt I will be staying at a choice hotel any time soon.
Excellent experience at this hotel, from upscale & clean + modern hotel rooms to dining experiences and ultra-friendly staff. Giving this stay a 5-star rating. Definitely recommend ð.

I have been in this studio for more than a year. In this past year, I not only developed the habit of exercising but also started meditating. Importantly, I turned the impossible into possible by doing headstands. The classes here are very flexible;
