This is the Yoga Studio to practice at. It had been several years since I practiced and Hot Yoga Helena welcomed me in and reminded me of why I need a good Yoga Studio in my life! The instructors and the patrons are all amazing people! You will not be disappointed with the atmosphere or the instruction!

Hot yoga is one of my favorite places as a newbie to yoga! Danielle (Dani) makes it so fun and easy. She modifies for those of us who need it (prenatal, postnatal, & for those with past injuries etc) and talks you through each class perfectly. She’s really put me at ease and was so encouraging about me trying something new. I don’t have a membership and just do drop in classes but every single one has been amazing. The pricing is great and the warm environment really helps get my muscles moving. Bonus they rent mats! I seem to forget mine and really enjoy that I have the option of renting

I stopped in for a single class while passing through Helena and so glad I did. The facility has a great vibe. The floors are padded which is a huge bonus, everything was clean and well kept. My teacher, Deb, was amazing. So kind and cheerful and our practice was hard and rewarding. Would definitely go here again.

Nicky is a great instructor! From first class to millionth class, she'll guide and challenge you. I always feel great after class!

Hot Yoga Helena is an incredible studio that focuses on community and healing through body movement. Every instructor brings different value to each class. As someone with knee issues I very much appreciated coming into yoga practice and being welcomed as a beginner. The flooring was a lot easier on my knees than other studios with super hard flooring. The heat is great and I very much loved being allowed to come into class a little early to have time to acclimate. If you are visiting and looking for a place to practice or if you are just looking for a studio I HIGHLY recommend HYH! They're an amazing and welcoming group! :)

I’ve never experience a more welcoming yoga studio in my 20+ years practicing. Nicky and her instructors are so knowledgeable and passionate about teaching. The studio itself is meticulously clean and offers all all the comforts one could need.

I can’t begin to explain how much hot yoga has changed my life. My mental and physical health have improved drastically. Nicky will push you to be your best self. Nancy has a loving aura that welcomes you. Michelle is incredibly strong but also incredibly sweet. Tyrel is such a sweet soul who will make you feel accepted. Every single instructor brings with them, acceptance, gratitude, expertise and love. This is an all inclusive, loving, friendly yoga studio that has brought me to my knees with gratitude. Namasté 🙏🏻❤️
