Nice store. Super friendly female worker. She was very interactive and sweet. Well stocked and very clean.

They have nice Funko pops… but you will never find a chase. They allow this older man to buy the chase figures before the store is every open. I have arrived multiple times before the store is open; and he is there when they bring out his “ online pick up order “ It will be a Funko pop that JUST released.. and the doors just opened. Yet there are none of the chases sitting on the shelf? He must be in cahoots with someone that works here, he will move around throughout the store looking at the boxes he had and looking on eBay to see how much they sell for. Like I said, I’ve visited this locations around 20 times in the past few months, and he is there every morning. You will not see a chase until he’s checking out with it from a black bag brought out from the back.

Line was ten minutes long as the stout, female employee at the counter was having issues with a customer (who was just ensuring she got her discount) which I was not initially upset about, but seeing as I was the only other person in line, I decided to peruse the items for sale near the counter (impulse purchases are your goal for this, no?) As I picked up a shirt and was considering buying it, the stout girl began to YELL at me in a very annoyed tone, “NEXT!!” And did this TWICE. Mind you it was a mostly empty store and it was just me and my family. When there was STILL no one behind me. I looked at her and said “I was waiting awhile so I thought I’d look at your merchandise, so no, I’m not ready.” Annoyed by her, I decided to put the shirt away and just pay for my item. No apology from her for the wait nor her attitude. As someone who’s worked for HT I am appalled by her bad customer service. One star for her, period. HT lost money over her, when that specific location is already starving for customers. Pity.

Worst experience ever with the people who work here, so unfortunate, I was ready to do shopping but turned around and left.

I find something i like when i go in. The prices are always high. But i usually have a few hottopics dollars in my account so that helps.

Not really my kind of store, went with a friend prices a little high.

The staff was super helpful with my daughters. Instead of asking me questions, the employee asked them what they liked and helped with sizes. They typically like baggy clothing, but the young person who helped asked them just to try something that would actually fit them. They both loved the fit of the suggestions given to them. The store was more organized than usual. We were able to get a few discounts. I'd definitely recommend this location.
