Hot Head Burritos - Burrito restaurant in Dayton - 1113 Brown St, USA

When I first arrived, my order was not ready. That’s fine! I was early anyways. After waiting about 5 minutes I see it’s still not being prepared. Also fine! They were relatively busy with walk-ins! But after another 5 minutes I was wondering what was going on. Richard immediately noticed I was trying to figure out why my order wasn’t being made. He informed me that they were out of steak when my order was placed but had some on the grill at the time for my order. Once the steak was done cooking, he made sure to continue my order. He had it done in less than a minute. Not only were his customer service skills superb when he was talking to me, but his overall attitude and work ethic made this experience so much better. My Quesadilla was in the shape of a ball. When I went to open it, my kids said, "What is that. I also ordered a burrito & they put very little rice & beans more meat than anything wont complain about that and very little cheese they used their hands and not a scooper like other locations. A large amount of sour cream. I will not come back to this location for a long time.

Very pleased with the way they prepared my food. Friendly employees welcomed me as I walked in. Hot Heads is one of my favorite places to eat, and they have a lot of variety on their menu. From tacos and quesadillas, they even have margaritas.

Great place for lunch, I will not be ordering delivery again until they end their relationship with doordash. The doordash drivers always seem to make for an unpleasant experience.

Love the hot salsa, has sweet taste but also right amount of hot. Would like to see better quality guac and rice.

Dirty and VERY poor selection of available menu items. The lady in charge was friendly and helpful, but everyone else seemed lazy and had little concern about the customer experience

Every time I’ve gone in to get food from here or tried to order it online somehow this location has severely messed it up. The restaurant is always messy and it is evident the team there doesn’t care about their jobs. I won’t be returning to this location again.

I have ordered from this place with DoorDash and Uber eats 7 times now and get missing items skimpy portions and just straight up someone else’s burrito . I have been hoping a burrito Saint capable of doing their job correctly would make one order correctly and that is apparently impossible. How hard is it to put 7 items in a burrito? Who rolls an edible burrito into a spherical softball? Have these workers ever eaten at this restaurant before? How do you forget beans? How do you not put any sauce at all? Would not recommend this location.
