My first visit to Hot Head Burritos. I wasn't that impressed with the food. They were just OK. I would put this one on the bottom of my ranking when comparing to the other 3-4 national burrito chain restaurants. The place was clean. Staff was fine. The rice was a little dry and chewy. OK flavors. Big portion size for the burrito.
First time to a Hot Heads and they out beat Chipotle! Hands down one of the best burrito bowls I’ve had! Fresh ingredients and full of flavor!
The white guy working at night 9pm cared less about all customers. He seemed to be too bored to work. Bought 3 fish tacos, and they were half cooked. Had to throw 2 away. The one which was fully cooked tasted nice. Best part is you get to add your selection of toppings.
I love Hot Head and eat there once or twice a week but I have sworn off this location for good. I will go out of my way to the Mt Zion location. The staff is so rude. They charge you extra for the most ridiculous stuff, give out way smaller portions, and the Indian lady is always sitting on the counter. The 30ish year old one who is there on Friday afternoons. She is also very very rude.
I had meals delivered by Uber eats a few times. The food is constantly way above average in my opinion and the steak burrito was huge, two meals really. Good prices, I’ll be a customer for a long time.
Ordered the spicy chicken bowl. Brown sauce had a very distinct, strong taste to it. Spoiled tasting almost. Regardless, it wasn't to my liking so I asked if they would just give me rice and tomatoes and cheese. She told me she would have to charge me!! Excuse me!!! I will not come back to the location on Mineola Pike. Just ridiculous service! Im not a complainer but I'm also not going to eat something I dont like because it tastes spoiled and then be told I'd have to pay for a replacement of rice, salsa and cheese (all I asked for) instead of asking for the entire chicken bowl to be remade.
We had a little boy with us and he had so much money to spend ALL day and when it got time to stop at the restaurant he was $ .50 short He looked at me I ask where did you spend you money on he said candy. You then will have to pick something cheeper. He found what he wanted and when they rang him up one of the employees there payed for his meal. That was so kind. The little boy thanked him 3 different times before we left. That was very kind and nice.
My wife & I decided to pull off the interstate to try this place for our first time. SO GOOD! First of all, the staff were really great! Very friendly & helpful. The food was super delicious & we both it agreed it was superior to Chipotle, Moe’s, Qdoba, etc. Will be looking for other store locations in the future!

Best tacos in NKY!! You have GOT to get here to El Ocho Loco! Legit street tacos, soooo tasty! The queso is homemade and wonderfully done. We also had the steak quesadillas and they were outta this world. Their street taco sauce, also homemade, was p
I have never had a bad experience at Biggby Coffee. Everyone is always so friendly. I want to share my experience this evening at the Turkeyfoot KY location. The girl working the window was so happy and smiled the whole time. Made sure my 3-24oz drin
Not very crowded, perfect amount of shade for parents to stand under while watching their kiddos, close parking, super clean facilities & park, and my kids loved it! Definitely recommend.
I've heard this place referred to as the Awful Waffle but nothing could be further from the truth. Had the All Star with scrambled eggs, bacon, grits and white toast. If you don't eat grits, you're a damn Yankee but that an argument for another day
Had my doubts about this place when I first checked in at 1 A.M., but I turned out to be pleasantly surprised at the end of my four day stay. The breakfasts alone were worth it. Aside from probably needing new carpet in the hallways, the Country Inn
They are pretty nice. Lane only messed up once on us. I used a house ball. Lanes were really oily, but I may have came right after they coated. The games there weee pretty cool. Kept the kids entertained. We walked in with 12 people (family) and they
