Got the medium heat Nashville chicken sandwich and a small side of mac. My son got the hot chicken tenders with fries. My favorite thing was the mac & cheese. Son and I both love spicy but agreed the medium was better than the hot as it didn't overpower the taste of the chicken. The chicken was good but just a tiny bit dry. The fries weren't my fav. Side sauces were also very good. Of course super high calorie. They did have a grilled chicken sandwich as well but decided to go with fried as it was more popular. Cute and clean atmosphere. It was 2pm for lunch and we were the only ones dining in. Spent about $35.

Ordered fries but got curly fries mac and cheese was really good and has that kick the wings was really good. got 2 chicken burger one of the burgers was the og one wich was really good but the bbq burger the chicken was pink and still raw my son felt very sick so he went without a meal wich his been at work alday and wanted a rake away me and my girls couldnt share as are food has cheese and he cant eat cheese as he is lactose intolerance so he isnt happy at all price is a bit hight but not to bad

This was my first time here and I must say it’s very warm and welcoming. The Cry baby heat level is amazing.. it’s not for ppl you like fake heat.. it’s eye watering hot (in a good way) staff is very kind and friendly. Place is spotless and vibrant.

I’ve been to this location 4 times and I always order two slim chick sandwiches. Unfortunately, this is the second time that they serve dry/burned/overcooked chicken. Furthermore, on this last pickup visit, I asked for sauce on the side and instead I got a minute amount of sauce served on both sandwiches. The sauce plays a large part of the flavor so I was extremely disappointed to say the least. When done right, there are very few sandwiches that I like more yet this lack of oversight is making me not want to go back for more. Please teach your employees how to properly cook a chicken.

Food is not bad. Pretty good. But goodness... Don't think of this as fast food... Or if you're short on time go someplace else. I come here and order a sandwich and some nuggets, I'm waiting nearly half an hour. It's not even busy. I came on a Tuesday evening. A total of 3 couples are here waiting for their food. It's just crazy to make a chicken sandwich and some nuggets take this long to make... I could easily go to Chick-fil-A on a busy evening... And be served faster in less than 10 mins going thru their ridiculous drive thru....

What a great spot!! Walked in thinking I wouldn't be able to eat anything because of my egg allergy and low and behold they came out showing me all the ingredients and no eggs in the chicken!! I'd give em 5 stars simply based off that alone, but the customer service was beyond awesome!

Had an amazing fried chicken in here. Perfectly cooked, tasty, crispy and well complemented by the sides (potato salad and Southern greens). Staff was super kind too, I didn't even have time to throw away my broken plastic fork that they were already coming for a replacement. Only small issue: the free water comes with a slight aftertaste.

Hot Chicks House of Chicken in Pembroke Pines. Walking in, you’ll be greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere with quite a few picture opportunities with the cool signage. The service is friendly and very quick, food is made fresh to order to its good if you’re not flush with time. The food, to put it plainly, is quite average. I ordered a Hot Chick sandwich with medium heat. The chicken itself was a large helping but just lacking that kick in flavor that Nashville chicken is known for. It was a tad dry, and while the sandwich had a nice sauce, there wasn’t enough of it for me to know it was there and add sufficient flavor. The French fries came directly from the Burger King kitchens, they must have the same distributor because the flavor is nearly identical, three of my friends agreed so it’s not merely a coincidence. A friend of mine ordered chicken tenders, it was tasty, but nothing special, and what I presumed was cluck sauce didn’t have a distinct flavor, it wanted to be a ranch, ketchup, thousand island melangerie but I couldn’t quite put a flavor on it. The tenders came with a slice of toast, but it wasn’t Texas toast, just a piece of toast. A Texas toast slice would be a welcome addition to the menu. A friend of mine had a hot chick sandwich with hot heat and he quite enjoyed it so I would recommend that sandwich, if you’re in the area. A couple friends of mine had a side of macaroni and it was, just mediocre. Not great but not bad either, just there. I also ordered five Korean chicken wings with mild heat. They serve whole wings which was a nice touch, and the sauce took a little getting used to but it was an interesting tangy and savory flavor. All in all, the food is average, not at all great, and not at all awful, it’s just not memorable. My biggest gripe is honestly the price, the prices are a bit high for the the average food to justify the expense (I spent $25 on the sandwich and 5 wings). Nice service and good ideas, just lacking a the X-factor that could turn this food from decent to great.
