Hospitality Inn - Buffalo Airport - Featured Reviews (120)
I was there was 0 or - rating to write a review. Place name is hospitality inn but that was the receptionist lags. Made a booking by accident. And I reached the property where payment was to be collected. The arrogant lady says speak to the Expedia to cancel I won’t cancel. And she wanted to charge me money. Thanks to Expedia person who sorted issue in 2 mins. Spoke to her. And such a rude prick she is saying u need to have common sense to make a booking. Such a bogus person. Cheap skate. In other words the worst half witted nomadic insane person I have ever spoken at a hotel. Yukk!! Don’t have words to describe the worst experience I had in just 15mins. Never in my worst dream would recommend this place! If she is not the owner she should be fired.

Shower was gross. Bugs in the room. Sheets had stains. Waayyy overpriced. Would not recommend
Absolutly disgusting we didn't even unload the luggage. Booked through expedia for 2 nights got the $ back for 1 night but beacause we didn't notify expedia early enough we lost our $ for both nights. As per Hospitality Inn they should not even be in business.
When I'm working I spend most of my summer living on the road out of hotels. I've stayed at many different hotels of varying quality. It's safe to say this place absolutely blew even the grimiest most disgusting places I've stayed at out of the water making them look like luxury suites by comparison. To begin with, I only needed to book here because there was a mix up on the schedule and I needed to stay in town only one extra night. As I said, I've been to some less than ideal places that work in a pinch so I figured how bad could it be? I checked in for over $190 after tax. When I inspected my room I found bedbugs, cockroaches, stains of unidentified substances on just about everything in the room, and a significant crack in the seam of the already barely secure door. I thought to myself..ok this is pretty bad, but it's just one night I'll make it work. That was until I got back from a long day at work to rap music blasting, people hanging off the banisters screaming, and people physically fighting in the parking lot while clearly under the influence of God knows what. Nevertheless I hurried into my room and locked the door and got ready to settle down when I was startled by banging on my window. I'd had enough at that point and decided to get out of there. I went to the office and very politely explained all of this to the lady working there and simply asked for a refund so I can find another place to stay. As expected from a sleazy place like this, she refused to give me my money back. Even so, it was worth the loss to go to another hotel being the first and only time I've ever done so.
Absolutely disgusting! We checked in during a really bad snowstorm. The room was not good. The toilet wouldn't flush. We asked the front desk about it. Their response was just to look under the top of the tank and push the black button. Seriously?! That didn't work. We figured we'd leave very early in the a.m. and deal with that issue. But the door to the room wouldn't even lock!! Two deadbolts were installed. The first deadbolt knob would only turn. Upon opening the door, I saw the knob was only a dummy. There was no bolt. The next one wouldn't even turn at all. It was badly installed. It would only turn when the door is open. Not secure at all!! Again, we called the front desk to inquire about another room. They were no help. We said we'd be back to the office, we were checking out, and we expected a refund. This place was gross and not secure at all.
First, the only positive is the bed was comfortable. The mirror over the vanity was filthy, the door would not lock from the inside, free morning coffee had no cups and it was incredibly noisy. Some of the other rooms were rented by some pretty sketchy looking people. The room smelt like weed all night as it wafted in from the outside. Do not stay here!!
I appreciate this place for taking us in at a reasonable price of 160 for the night when other places were asking for up to 250 for one night for us to rest our heads and continue traveling the next day. Only issue was we were price gouged. Friend told us he haggled with them and got his room for 100 and they gave us a room for 160 bc I didn't even think to look up the hotel room prices on google before we pulled in. I was desperate. Other than that the room was clean and very good for one night. Some police activity, nothing serious. I would stay again even though they never gave us 2 more fresh towels. lmao bc yeah it's a cheap motel so forget customer service.

I love the chill relaxing vibe at the Moor Pat! Great selection of craft brews and yummy bar bites. I was running late to meet a friend there for a drink on a Thursday night. She texted me and told me not to rush or worry that Corey, the bartender, w
