❤️❤️❤️this place! Conveniently located. Very safe & quiet. Staff are super helpful & friendly. Nice pool but water is really warm because FL is in the midst of a heat wave. It’s cooler to sit in the shade than soaking in the pool. 🥵Gym is small with very limited equipments but nice. We like that we are able to take strolls every evening without having to leave the resort. The home itself is really cute, smartly laid out & extremely comfortable. It has a living/dining/kitchen area equipped with full sized stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge, W/D, bathroom & a bedroom in the back. You get a lot of privacy & car is parked right next to the unit. We are literally steps away from the front/back doors. After staying at Horseshoe Cove, it has changed our views about traveling. We will from now on turn to staying at a RV resort before resorting to hotels.

I have lived in Horseshoe Cove Resort for a little over 3 years. I have to tell you that I am 100% satisfied with everything about this resort. The employees are top notch and just the friendliest people you could hope for. The amenemnities are everything I could hope for. This is such a friendly loving resort that we consider ourselves family. Always welcoming and ready to help. This is home.

Everyone at Horseshoe Cove is friendly and welcoming. I LOVE visiting here! This year, I was able to attend their golf cart parade. Talk about AWESOME!! It's one of the coolest Christmas golf cart parades I have seen...actually the only one I have ever seen!! Great job Everyone!!

They advertise cable TV as an amenity, but many sites have no cable. The management ofc argued that we should have the local cable company install cable if we want cable TV, even though their websites offer cable TV as an amenity. The mgt was truly rude & arbitrary in their response. And they want their customers to pay to have their campsites wired for cable? How absurd!!! Wouldn't stay there again, not based on whatever else the park offered but on the deception of amenities offered and rude responses.

We’ve been residents in this village since 2018 and are very pleased with the environment and management to say the least. Any concern we’ve experienced has been readily and completely addressed to total satisfaction. The maintenance crew are FanTABuloUS. The Ammenities are always available and if anything is temporarily unavailable it is immediately posted on Facebook (another reason to step up and become a current resident), by Buddy Brunson, a true servant, which is a welcome and needed feature.||John Schwemler, the manager, is a very friendly, professional and accommodating man. No matter what he is involved with at the moment, he will set it aside, to communicate with us, thus providing a very comfortable environment. ||The twelve (12) acre island’s accessibility has, yes, been compromised but not due to any delay on management’s part. From past career experiences, being formerly employed with the Construction Services Department, City of West Palm Beach, Florida for twelve (12) years and in the construction business as husband and wife for twenty (20) years, can attest to the many occasions that planning, zoning and building departments several times deliberately “STALL” in the permitting process which creates a management’s nightmare. ||This is a well kept and tremendously friendly location to visit or retain a permanent residency on Florida’s western coastline with every convenience within a mile’s ride!

We rented here for six months. People were more to themselves. We felt as renters not really felt welcomed to be a participant of any activities. The park itself offers some great activities. Private island. Kayaking. Pool. Pickle ball and more. The up keep could use some improvements on the individual properties. Lawn watering etc. But offers a lot of activities.

The response from Horseshoe Cove ignores the issue that we previously stated. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE CABLE ACCESS (HOOKUPS) AT MANY Of THEIR SITES. So, it's not a question of contacting/paying the cable company to just "turn on" the service. If there's NO CABLE HOOKUPS OR WIRING FOR CABLE on those sites, the cable company can't "just turn" on the service. Horseshoe Cove knows this but continues to avoid the fact that there are no cable hookups on some sites. Instead, they reply by talking about turning on service even though if you don't have a cable box to plug into, you're not going to have access. When customers are trying to book stays for a few days or weeks, they want honesty as to the routinely available amenities. A site with no cable hookups is different from one that has hookups and just needs to be turned on. As such, maybe Horseshoe Cove should update what they show as amenities on their websites to reflect reality. This RV park advertises cable tv as an amenity. However, some sites are not wired for cable tv. We were given a site that has no cable tv hookup for our 1 week stay. When we told campground mgt that our site had no cable, they became indignant and told us to have the local cable co come out and wire they site for cable. We ended up leaving that campground a few days earlier. We thought it was dishonest to advertise an amenity which they don't offer and then expect a short term guest to pay to have their sites wired for cable tv. Now that we've submitted some negative online reviews of their campground, they're responding by saying that cable tv is only for their long term guests and full time residents. Really? Then if that amenity is only intended for long termers, at least be honest in your advertising and don't give the impression that every guest (short term & long term) will have cable tv available as an amenity. And don't try to get short term guests to absorb the expense to have your campground sites wired for cable. It's that simple.

Been coming here for 8 plus years. Have always looked forward to our month visits seeing old friends and meeting new ones..The resort is going 6 and 6 rentals which ends our time here. We're not old enough and fortunate to be able to do those parameters. Not sure there new program is going to be a plus for the park. Very disappointing in corporate decisions, obviously someone making choices that truly does not appreciate rv living or understand.
