I stayed here years ago and it was…adequate. While this place might not look like much from the outside, the rooms are sparkling clean and have been updated. They are spacious. Purchase a polished concrete floor which felt great in the heat. Comfortable bed and some really nice wood accents and furniture that has a spare, modern feel while being comfortable. Nice fridge and microwave. While the bathrooms are less updated, they feel freshly painted and are sparkling clean as well with lots of towels. It was quiet and the staff were very helpful, plus it’s an easy walk to anywhere downtown in Lovell. Very impressed with the transformation!
Amazing experience!! I was driving across the country solo and the staff were so welcoming and helpful with scenic routes/planing advice! They really made my stay worth while! We came for business and stayed for several nights. This is one of the best motels I've ever stayed at. Bobbi, the owner, is the most caring and sweetest lady we've had the privilege to meet. Any concern, she's there to try to resolve it for you. It's in a great location to see sights and enjoy the town. With Bighorn lake just down the road and wild horses, there's only one place to stay.
CUTEST and COMFIEST stay I’ve ever had in a little town. From the service to the room- DO NOT let the outside fool you. The rooms are renovated and are so stylish on top of being clean. The owner has worked so hard to make this little place a little heaven on earth and it sure is! She is so kind, courteous and accommodating. The outside has a fire pit, a gazebo with a grill and some outdoor seating so you’re able to visit without being stuck in a single room. We were unfortunately here for a funeral but our group was talking about coming back just to stay here this summer for a trip. It was truly a great stay and a fantastic place!
This was our favorite stop on our two-week US vacation, because it delivered exactly what it promised, and more.|The room was clean and spacious, the beds comfortable. We were welcomed by the owner who was lovely and gave us great advice on things to see in the area that we hadn't found online.|We would definitely return if we planned another trip in the area.|Thank you!
This hotel was by far the best hotel we had stayed at! The two ladies who run the hotel are incredible! Me and my family were on vacation, and our car broke down 7 miles outside of lovell. When we asked if we could have our car towed to their hotel, they agreed. They are the nicest people I've ever met. We were stranded for 5 hours before getting to go to this hotel. They then gave us cold drinks, let us order off a menu, and then drove my father and brother to the restaurant so we could pay and receive the food for supper that night. The next morning they let us stay till my car was fixed. Which was only a few hours after check out. Thank you so very much to the amazing people who run this hotel! If I could, I'd give you 10/5 stars! We could not have finished this vacation without you! Also the rooms are extremely clean and the gift shop in the loby is so neat!
Instead of giving your hard earned money to a big company, why not spend the night at one of the best small family owned motel we have ever stayed at. We having been visiting America for 25 years and Horseshoe Bend motel In lovell, is the everything you could want and wish for. Bobbi who has taken over the family motel from her dad is working hard and putting all her money back into to getting this cute motel back on the map. All the rooms have been refitted and are comfy and modern. We loved our stay and loved meeting Bobbi and having chats about everything under the sun. We got off the highway on our way to Yellowstone. Took a drive through Wind River Canyon south of thermopolis. Breathtaking! Then onto Lovell. Our stay at the horseshoe bend motel was a highlight of our trip. The owners are remarkable, friendly, hardworking. The rooms are newly renovated. The property is a great respite from the road, beautiful garden, gazebos, fountain……ahhhh so relaxing. Yummy breakfast. The owners recommended visiting the park and wild horses on our way out of town. Spectacular views without the crowds! We’ll stay longer next time!!!!
