I am a personal assistant at a private residence and interact so many people on a daily basis. Yesterday we had Colin come out and do some various things in the home. He was absolutely amazing!! Kind, professional, respectful and so knowledgeable. He really stood out to me and I would highly recommend Horner Networks.
Excellent!!! Chad was very patient with 2 people that don’t like change, while giving great instruction to be able to operate our new media. He was AWESOME!!!! The whole process was very smooth…installing new TV’s, upgrading our wifi system, and coordinating and syncing all of our media. We thank Josh, Chad and Kenny for their professional approach to our specific situation. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HORNER NETWORKS!!!
Brian was really helpful and professional when working on the security/control4 system at my home. He fixed a lot of my security, wifi, and home entertainment issues. I also felt comfortable and safe when he was working in my home which is a big thing for me when inviting a stranger in. I will be continuing with Horner Networks and would recommend Brian to anyone looking for quality service.
Brian was very knowledgeable about the products he installed and home security. His work was good and he was pleasant. Brian made a big effort to make sure he met our needs and he explained what he would do before he installed anything so there were no surprises.

Shane and his team did a fantastic job on our TV and low voltage smart lighting design and installation during our home renovation. Very responsive and willing to meet to discuss different setups and customizations. We love the results!
I recently replaced an entry door on the back of my house with a new sliding glass door. Prior to installation, I needed to have a key pad to our alarm system moved and scheduled a date with Julie. After a couple weeks, I was informed the sliding glass door arrived a week early than planned, and installation likewise would happen faster than originally planned. I contacted Julie again and she graciously found a way to move in the date of the keypad relocation. The day of, I was greeted by Collin, an extremely kind, courteous, and efficient technician who has been to my house before. Collin was training a new hire by the name of Patrick, who was also very friendly. Upon completion of relocating the keypad, Collin took it upon himself to coordinate a return time with the door installer for the following day so he could reconnect the alarm sensor to the new door. This was above and beyond what was required of Collin, but when he showed up at the end of his scheduled run the following day, which also happened to be a Friday, it meant that my family went into the weekend with our alarm system in full activation mode!! Thank you Collin, Julie, Patrick, and the whole team at Horner Networks!!! Your customer service, kindness, and dedication to your customers is phenomenal!!!
