Cute little beach. Sand isn't very clean, and no point in trying to swim here. Piers on both sides are part of private property, so don't bother trying to fish. Would be a great place to sit and have a quiet lunch.
Oh yeah, this is a good place. You will enjoy the quiet and bay views. Nice garden too!
Of the Eastport micro-parks, this one is probably my favorite. There are a variety of different chairs, the foliage is well kept, and the trees provide good shade to the area. Additionally, there is not a marine right in front so you can actually see all the way out across the water to Greenbury Point without sailboats obstructing the view. The signs also provide good history for the site.
If quaint and cozy had a picture in the dictionary, it would be of this lovely spot!! Nothing like and early Sunday morning, watching the sunrise, with the quiet sounds of the waves crashing onto the beach. Tranquil would be a gross understatement, due to how peaceful this spot truly is. "Serenity now!" Lol
It's really cool that this spot exists, and it's a fun place to take a break/sit in Annapolis, but don't expect to swim here. It's a very small (~200 ft) beach with a few seats. Don't sit on the wall behind the beach as that's private property and the owners seem to dislike it.
Horn Point Park is one of my favorite places to take a stroll and just sit near the water. It has a very small beach so you can feel the sand between your toes. It is not a place for swimming or large loud gatherings. The park is located in a residential area.
It consists of 1 picnic table and 2 benches. It's very hidden, which makes the park secluded and somewhat private, without a lot of foot traffic. The view of the bay is very pretty. Perfect for a quick getaway. Small but very charming!
Small, smelly, and perfect. You can tell the neighborhood keeps everything clean, including this park. It is a very nice spot to just sit listen to the little waves and be in the shade.
We really enjoyed our time in the dock area. Beautiful harbor views, clean, with lots to do. Catch a water taxi. Go on a sightseeing cruise around harbor or grab a meal at the many waterfront restaurants. Lots of benches to sit and take it all in. Li
We paid to park even though I can get in with my military ID. It was a very pretty walk out to the point where there is a Pavillion you can rent through Quiet Waters Park. We could not get pictures of the light house from the shore even with my zoom
Outstanding place to MTB. Maybe not the best for beginners, but once you get a little fitness and a little skill there's some fantastic flow to be found here. Beautiful sights during the fall as well. Just have to watch out, the leaf cover can get pr
